The property is well managed and clean. The area is noisy (church bells, people walking- it is a central region). Bedroom is great, the only downside is poor sound insulation between bedrooms.

The apartment was perfect for my daughter and I. It’s centrally located and walkable to everything in Como. Only a 12 minute walk to the central station. A good grocery store just down the street. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Loved this place! I stayed here as a solo traveller for four nights over easter weekend and it was perfect. Super close to tons of dining options, a grocery store about a block away and a kitchen where I could store fresh fruit and things as needed. It was about a 10 min walk to the ferry station to access the rest of the lake, and about 15 mins to the train station. Bed was comfy, and I stayed in room 10 so I had skylights i could open to breathe in fresh air. Everything was clean and worked well, I definitely reccomend. The lady at the front desk was super sweet and helpful, would definitely stay again!

The location is great but a little difficult if you are coming by car. You need to leave your luggage in the room and then go park your car in the autosilo which is 5 minute walk away.. Not bad but it requires a little more effort.

Good stay but bad after-stay service

Fully equipped and spacious apartment in a courtyard building. Unfortunately we left a shirt behind and management has not bothered to even acknowledge my email question about whether they found it. . Poor customer service once I'm no longer a guest.

Almost Perfect

We were there for 2 nites. So as long as you only need a place to sleep Residence Diaz will do just fine. It is centrally located walking distance to just about everything. Very helpful Staff.

Getting to the 2d floor means 6 flights of stairs. Coming in after dark (8pm), only the 1st flight had an action-motivated light - I had to negotiate the other 5 flights in total darkness. Thank God I had cell phone power to light my way.
