Tucked off a "close" in the back of Canongate Street, it is in a great quiet location, near many interesting sites and restaurants. The room was large and comfortable. We made good use of the kitchen.

Good location. I went to Edinburgh for the fringe festival and this property was in walking distance to all of the venues. They also provided a lot of items for breakfast which was a nice surprise.

This place was great for what we wanted as it had more room than many hotels rooms and was like an apartment with kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine. Downsides was hotwater was tempid at best and the lift was a spaceship without a rocket.

Great apart hotel!

Nicely renovated apartment right off the Royal mile. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. Apartment was clean and well stocked with all the basics needed for a family vacation.
