Location, location, location!

Not luxurious, but has everything needed for a good stay. Very well located for visiting the old city -just a 10 minute walk away, and with a free city shuttle from the door every 10 minutes. Room was quiet and bed comfortable.

Great week-long stay in Narbonne

Very nice stay, third time at Zenitude Narbonne. Staff friendly and welcoming, spacious clean room, quiet even though facing main road, with convenient small kitchenette and good shower/toilet. We like the location, close to city centre and train station, next to bus stop for day trips, plenty of convenience stores and eating/drinking and ice cream places. Really like our stay at Zenitude Narbonne every summer.

Cama muy cómoda , todo muy limpio , personal muy amable , cocina equipada con vajilla , hervidor agua y microondas . He encontrado a faltar cubos de basura más pequeños para residuos orgánicos , solo hay uno y he tenido que depositar envases junto con orgánico + papel / cartón . Estaría bien unas bolsas de basura más pequeñas para poder segregar los diferentes tipos de residuos y poder depositarlo correctamente en los contenedores neumáticos de la via pública .

No room cleaning for four days.

It started with the check-in lady who was quite unpleasant, followed by zero room service for four days. No new toilet paper no fresh towels nothing. We got a little bit of sand on the floor and had no way of getting rid of it.

Idéalement situé entre la gare et le centre. Une navette gratuite passe tous les 1/4 d'heure aux arrêts les plus proches, désservant entre autre la gare, et le Grand Buffet. Le petit déjeuner est correct pour tous les régimes alimentaires, avec une large plage horaire.

l'hôtel affiche fièrement 4 étoiles dans sa présentation! je ne sais pas sur quels critères les appart hôtels obtiennent leurs étoiles mais comparé à un hôtel 4 étoiles on tombe de très haut. En arrivant, l'hébergement se situe en centre ville, le bâtiment est poussiéreux, la porte d'entrée et le hall sont fatigués par le passage et la déco est à 0 digne d'un hôpital. les murs sont en papier fibre de verre peints en blanc et rayés par les chariots et les bagages. L'ascenseur est dans le même état (parois rayées et quelques boutons cassés). les chambres (ou plutôt appart) sont dans la même veine pour la déco = sols gris murs blancs. L'ensemble est apparemment propre mais pas dans le détail. les rideaux sont noircis aux aérations des fenêtres et au sol et une légère odeur d'égout remonte dans la salle de bain (supportable mais pas agréable). quelques petits défauts d'entretien apparaissent ça et là : aérateur plastique de la fenêtre cassé, réfrigérateur sur trois pattes, fenêtre récalcitrante à la fermeture... L'appart n'est pas non plus un modèle de silence, le voisin du dessus n'arrête pas de bouger des meubles (table tirée, poussée ??? jusqu'à 23h) et on l'entend bien. Notre chambre jouxte la descente des eaux de pluie et ce jour la nous essuyons un orage. L'eau qui circule dans les tuyau provoque du bruit. Bref, vous l'aurez compris l'hôtel est fonctionnel et confortable mais de la à afficher 4 étoiles c'est limite! Reste le prix qui est imbattable en centre ville.

Extremely well located in downtown (centreville). Once you park the car on a dedicated garage at a extremely reasonable daily price (compared to the crazy US prices), you don’t touch it again until you are ready to leave the town. Staff is amazingly friendly.
