Excellent location, very clean well maintained hotel. Easy walk to the Opera house and on a street with many dining options , shops and transportation right outside the hotel. Room was very clean, well stocked and was better than the advertised photos. Staff very helpful and cheerful. Would definitely stay here again if I went to Sydney.

Great location, easy to walk to many sights and restaurants. Its close to The Rocks and Circular Quay which is great. But our room looked a bit tired, stains, chips, and starting to look older - not a huge deal but considering the price... also our bed was horribly hard, the pillows were flat and hard as well making for a difficult sleep. We found it quite noisy on the 8th floor as we could hear a lot of noise from outside. But the location was so convenient! Staff were very pleasant during any interactions.

This property was in an ideal location walking distance to main tourist attractions as well the Tram ran right outside the front door on George St. The number of restaurants in this area is huge and so you have selections of type of food and price point for a meal. Also as you have your own kitchen, the grocery store Coles is across the road inside the train station (at the moment due to construction, there is no signage but another shopkeeper directed us).

The location is fabulous - just a few blocks from The Rocks and Circular Quay for touring. Our room was a good size for three of us and the roof top pool is a bonus. The staff and management were very attentive to any of our feedback and request. Other than taking the bus tour we walked everywhere and found cute restaurants.

Loved how close it is to circular Quay, we watched the Australia Day parade from our room! Loved having the safe in the room, toaster, plates, etc to have a quick meal. The shower in our room 213 always overflowed- the drain did not work very well and was small which made the floor wet and slippery. Rooftop pool was a real hit with our 4 year old!
