The Question Bayside was so close to where we were going - the Palais and eating out in Acland Street. And walking along the esplanade- So close. Great recommendation from Reception Staff for where to Breakfast. Al Naturale- only 100m away.

The staff here is fantastic. So lovely and real and helpful. My daughter had broken her leg so we needed a chair for the shower and to be located near the lobby for easy crutch entry and exit. The reception staff AND housekeeping made all this happen and were great about it. Thanks! Ps, the location is great too. The apartments are a bit old and need some updating, but overall fine.

Rooms were clean, staff were pleasant and helpful, daily servicing was well done. Only problem was that we checked out at 8.00am and reception doesn't open till 9.00am, so there was no obvious place to leave our room keys. We slid them as best we could under the rolltop. Now waiting to see if the bond we had to pay on arrival will be quickly refunded.
