The room we had was well air conditioned, which is important for Lyon in the summer. It had a well equipped kitchen with a small fridge and dishwasher which made it convenient to get fresh produce from local vendors / farmers markets. It was not fancy, but everything worked well.

The room was comfortable and spacious with a kitchenette. Despite being very close to the busy Mercière street, it was really quiet as we faced the courtyard area. We love how easy it was to get anywhere from there. They offered breakfast for 14 euros but we were not inspired by the selection so we instead just got a few things from a nearby mini market that we ate in our room. The only thing we didn’t like was the musty smell when we get in the room. We had to leave the window open for a little while to air it out.

This was an amazing property to visit. The rooms themselves were wonderful. But the area was slightly sketchy. The streets around the hotel smelled pretty bad (which is pretty typical of big cities in France). The washer and dryer were pretty expensive to use (a second party app needed). Other than that, it was a great experience.

A very nice property, very central in Lyon and convenient to many areas we wanted to visit. One night was not enough time to get a feel for the city. Strongly recommend this property for two or three nights. Pleasant staff and all the amenities worked well.
