Found a pee stain on my bed sheet and on my last night i got back late to find my card wasn't working. It was quickly resolved, but i was lucky the staff was stiff there

Good location

Good location but noisy till midnight and then again starting at 7am. The staff was excellent, nice to have a washer and dryer, bathrooms are spacious. The wifi is not free and can be very costly. Overall pretty good value for the money compared to other apartment hotels in the CBD.

Friendly check-in and the location was great. Parking was $19 but if you left the car in the lot and walked around you only paid once when you left. It didn't matter if you were there for one night or several.

Location was great for everything, right on the edge of Chinatown and walking distance to shopping, sites and dining. Don't try to extend your stay directly with hotel they can't match online rates, so ended up paying almost double rate for extending stay and having to change to a smaller rooms.

In the heart of Chinatown

Pros: Close to lots of restaurants and landmarks; didn't take the tram at all. Cons: Not much really, room smelled of food when we first got in, but that was more because of the previous guest

Great location for food!

Very close to all sorts of food, especially Asian food. Asian food in Melbourne is awesome! Room smelled a bit like cooking but the person before must not have turned on the rangehood. There's laundry!

Lovely property. Nice polite staff. Only thing I didn’t like was the shower which was within a large spa tub/bath. For a short guy like me it was a little difficult to get in and out, especially when wet and slippery. But lovely apartment otherwise and lovely staff. And terrific location especially if you like Asian dining.

The stay was very convenient and comfortable. The concierge was quite helpful too. However the maintenance of the room was not upto running standards. The air conditioning had a lot of dust falling out and kitchen lights were not working.

The location of the property is great being right in the centre of China Town but it is next door to a TAB and Pokies venue that attracts undesirables smoking around the entry to the hotel. The room was in serious need of painting and a deep clean. Luckily the bedding and towels were clean, otherwise we would have vacated. Admittedly it was a very cheap rate but feel our room didn't meet my expectations and live up to the recent good reviews.

Room was dated and the AC didn't cool the room even on 18 and highest fan. No extra toilet rolls left by cleaning so if you run late at night, too bad. Toilet was running and fridge was loud.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen trotzdem nachts ruhig. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und modern ausgestattet, nur etwas unpersönlich. Das Bett war sehr bequem.
