Un séjour agréable et reposant. Dommage que le personnel ne prenne pas la peine de nous informer des différentes activités possible et aussi de nous prevenir lors de réservation que la piscine serait en travaux.

Si vous ĂȘtes Ă  la recherche du calme et du repos c'est l'endroit idĂ©al. Un peu retirĂ© du centre mais une marche de 20 minutes suffit pour y arriver. Des navettes sont disponibles tout le long de la journĂ©e pour rejoindre les diffĂ©rentes plages. Pour ma part le seul dĂ©faut que je pourrais dire, plutĂŽt une revendication, serait de mettre de rendre le spa accessible gratuitement ( jacuzzi et Hammam )

‘Verkocht’ als hotel, maar dat is het eigenlijk niet. Het is een appartementen complex. Ziet er keurig uit. Volgeboekt, maar toch verlaten indruk. Zwembad is IJSKOUD. Bad op balkon ( dompelbad?) idem. Nooit in gezeten. IJSKOUD. Zondag en maandag geen mogelijkheid om te eten. Restaurant meestal sowieso leeg. Appartement keurig. Ontbijt standaard karig en niet voor 0830. Soms lastig met excursies. Afstand naar airport 1:15. Shuttle naar strand is zeker geen 5-10 min. 35-40 ivm stoppen en wachten bij meerdere andere locaties. Management nam klachten wel serieus, maar kon uiteraard eea niet verhelpen.

Perfect relaxing holiday

Great apartment, nice pool, and lush grounds. Love the fact that it's about five minutes' drive from La Croisette Mall. Too bad dryer wasn't working and resort didn't send anyone to check even after requesting.

Belle surprise en arrivant dans cet hĂŽtel DĂ©coration au top, le centre de l’hĂŽtel au premier abord typiquement tropical DĂ©paysement garanti Ă  l’arrivee Chambre parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©e pour un sĂ©jour agrĂ©able (machine Ă  laver le linge, four Ă©lectrique, micro onde, sĂšche cheveux, etc...) Et le must est la tĂ©lĂ© pivotante entre la chambre et la salle de bain (baignoire et douche Ă  l’italienne) DĂ©coration moderne et terrasse bien agrĂ©able MAIS MAIS MAIS..... si on y rĂ©side plusieurs jours en temps de pluie, l’horreur : l’orchestre des crapauds est infernal Ces croassements sont d’une telle ampleur qu’il est impossible de dormir ou de se reposer en journĂ©e L’hĂŽtel ne prĂ©voit de boules KiĂšs et croyez moi elles auraient Ă©tĂ© les bienvenues 1. D’autre part pour un 4 Ă©toiles, si vous repartez tĂŽt comme nous Ă  6:00 vous repartez comme des voleurs puisqu’aucun personnel n’est prĂ©sent pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer les clĂ©s de la chambre 2. Le dimanche soir, si vous voulez vous faire livrer un repas, ce service n’existe pas et le personnel n’a pas l’air de vouloir trouver un Ă©tablissement qui le fait 3. Personnel d’entretien excellent 4. Personnel Ă  la rĂ©ception est jeune et n’est pas Ă  la disposition des touristes (ou alors pas auprĂšs des touristes rĂ©unionnais !!!!!!!) 5. Petit dĂ©jeuner est rĂ©duit au minimum (carafe de jus de fruits de piĂštre qualitĂ©, minuscule ramequin de confiture, et viennoiserie industrielle sans goĂ»t) 6. On est venu, on a vu et on ne reviendra plus

UtmÀrkt boende nÀra Grand Baie

Vi hade en utmĂ€rkt semester med boende pĂ„ Les Domaines des Alizees. Mycket trevlig och tillmötesgĂ„ende receptionspersonal och utmĂ€rkt lokalvĂ„rd/stĂ€dning. De tvĂ„ minus vi noterat: Frukoststandarden var inte riktigt vad vi Ă€r vana vid och frĂ„nvaron av tider för poolanvĂ€ndning medförde att vi tidvis stördes av sena ”poolaktiviteter”.

superbe hotel mais gros problĂšme restauration

dans l'ensemble le cadre est agrĂ©able trĂšs beau trĂšs reposant, le gros soucis c'est au niveau du restaurant qui ferm Ă  21h 30 si nous sommes en train de boire un verre il faut faire vite pour rendre le verre cars le bar ferm déçu de sa et d'autant plus du repas qui n'est pas Ă  la hauteur d'un 5 Ă©toiles . vraiment pas Ă  la hauteur ..... déçu... déçu de celĂ  aucune activiter pour les enfants !!!! personnel de la rĂ©ception les chef etc trĂšs trĂšs accueillant ont su nous redonner le sourire par contre l'hĂŽtel et trĂšs propres les chambres de mĂȘme la salle de bains excellent la tv face Ă  la baignoire baignoire face Ă  la piscine .. hotel magnifique chapeau je pense que si vous ferais l'effort pour la restauration et un peut d'animation sur place que se dĂ©placer en navette pour votre plage priver et d'autant plus payer un taxi Ă  notre charge pour les animation que vous proposer cela n'est pas convenable . pour ma part si tout serait sur place et dans des bonnes circonstances l'hĂŽtel n'aura pas de point nĂ©gatif ... vraiment ... ANIMATION A VOIR PLUS LE RESTAURANTS!!!! UNE ORGANISATION ONT A DEMANDER UN MAGRET DE CANARD C A DIRE DANS NOTRE ASSIETE IL Y'A 2 BOUT .... IMAGINEZ VOUS ?
