Very nice hotel and staff, we got upgraded to apartment and it's very nice and perfect for a few days of relaxing and seeing Sabrina Carpenter concert cos it's not too far from Accor Arena, overall recommend!

Very nice front desk service. Lovely sitting room and garden room. Comfortable beds. A little far to walk to some locations (Paris is big). But we used Uber a lot and plan on getting using busses next time.

A Beautiful Hotel for a Beautiful Week in Paris

Beautiful and cozy. Spotlessly clean. Delicious breakfast with great selections. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The beautiful garden was a great place to relax with coffee and a book after a busy day of sightseeing. I would highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

The hotel Serotel Lutece was excellent, the manager and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. The accommodation is excellent and they have a lovely courtyard garden to the rear of the hotel in which to relax after a hard days shopping. It’s in a good spot on the left bank close to the Pantheon and Luxembourg gardens and good access to the Metro and local bus.

Good for a Night or Two

The hotel staff is wonderful. Linens and pillows are terrific. The rooms are very small though and bathrooms outdated. No room service. The staff is to be commended.
