The hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff were very helpful. The area that the hotel was in was a getto looking area and the warned us not to go out at night because there had been stabbings in the area. This area was unsafe. With that in mind we did not feel safe or comfortable being out after dark and we felt confined to our room until the next day.

Nice property to stay in London within zone 1&2 . Has good connections , walkable to couple of tube stations . Definitely an alternate option to the costlier hotels in these zones

Location was good and so was overall condition of the room. Room was clean on arrival, though service was only provided once during our 10 days stay and charges were associated with additional towels for example. Communication was not good. Nobody was available upon our check-in and instead of owning mistake, we were accused of not having rang the door bell (2 other clients were also trying to get in at that time). They are not forthcoming with information and you only find out details upon asking. They do not answer phone and want to communicate solely by WhatsAp During part of our stay (maybe 3 days), other clients must have been smoking in their room and the smell of smoke in the room we rented was overpowering.

바닥에 먼지가 좀 많은 것 빼고는 전체적으로 괜찮아요 침대도 편안하고 밤에 의외로 소음도 없었고 건물도 전체적으로 따뜻하고 아늑한 편입니다. 주방에 쿡탑이 있었으면 더 좋았을 뻔 했지만 만족스러운 숙소에요

Die Anbindung von der Unterkunft in die City ist super. Der Bus hält quasi direkt vor der Tür, die Underground ist fußläufig in 10min erreichbar (Aldgate East) und auch nur zu Fuß benötigt man in etwa 25-30min und steht an der Tower Bridge. Rund um die Unterkunft findet man alles an Restaurants und Supermärkten. Wir haben uns in der Gegend sicher gefühlt. Die Unterkunft selbst ist modern und wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Unser Fenster war zur Hauptstraße raus und nachts muss man manchmal mit Sirenen rechnen. Wer also sehr empfindlich schläft, sollte sicherheitshalber Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen. Was mir gefehlt hat, waren Haken für die Handtücher und eine Klobürste...
