Very quite, exceptionally clean property with very friendly and helpful staff. The suite has a great small kitchen and a grocery store right across the street, 30 sec away. The beds are super comfy, which was a surprise for me being from North America. 20 min walk to the Madelene and about 20 min from the Champ Elyssey. I would stay there again.

Massive room in a clean neighbourhood

Stayed 4 nights in an apartment. Check-in was quick and polite. Front entrance is secure 24h. Room is HUGE and pristine and smells fresh. Beds firm and clean. DO NOT worry (as I did) about what others are saying, the room ends up exactly as it looks in the company photos. Adorable little grocery across the street. Extremely close to the metro. If you’re in a south facing room, open up your window, stand on your balcony, and listen to the ballet company’s piano! It would be our pleasure to visit again!

Nice hotel in a high-end neighborhood

The hotel is in a great location and within a 30min walk to most of Paris' attractions. It's about a two minute walk to the nearest metro station. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and spacious with a nice view of the neighborhood. The kitchen portion of the room came with a cooktop, dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and cutlery which helps to reduce the cost by not having to eat out. The hotel wifi is not the greatest but it is free. The breakfast is a convenient option and reasonably priced but you're probably better off cooking for yourself.

Convenient and great stay in heart of Paris

Great hotel - perfect for a hotel with a little bit more space than your regular double room. Full kitchenette can definitely help keep costs down with a supermarket less than a 5 minute walk away.

The female staff at the front desk were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The hotel felt secure. The staff in the hotel breakfast area were very friendly and helpful as well. The bathroom was roomy and the kitchen had enough dishes but lacked light and space. The fan didn't work above the stove so the room was filled with cooking smells all of the time. The air conditioning was weak and inadequate. The bed is bolted to the floor around 12 inches away from the wall so you can't sit up and watch tv or read. Not a bad hotel overall.

Great location, not clean

This apartment is in an excellent location and could be fantastic. It is totally let down by the dirty flooring and furnishings. It's so infrequently cleaned that this problem will not get better. We stayed for four days and it was not cleaned once. The toilet broke and we reported the problem at 8am and came back to the apartment with it still not fixed at 430om. It's a terrible shame as nice staff and with better care and management it could be a great base to explore Paris. Can't recommend this one...

Decent pied-a-terre, but with some issues.

We chose this hotel based on price, location, and the desire to avoid staying in a shoe-box. Based on a previous Expedia review, we contacted the hotel prior to our stay and asked for a room facing the rear, as Boulevard Hausmann can get pretty noising during the work week. The hotel couldn't promise anything but agreed to note the request. When we arrived we were given a spacious studio with a large terrace at the rear of the building. With the large bathroom and well-equipped kitchen, all looked great. Staff was friendly and helpful, although we suspect that our knowledge of French smoothed the way. Our main issues were with the glass partition in the bathtub/shower which didn't prevent water from pooling on the floor when the shower was used. The A/C failed to work properly at first, but we drew their attention to it and the technician sorted it out. Unfortunately, one of the two mattresses (queen bed divided into 2 twins) was so worn in the middle that I left me with a sore back each morning. The technician said there were no other mattresses to be had, but he a greed to switch it with another from a nearby room. The 'new' mattress wasn't any better than the old one, which suggests they've been shuffling defective mattresses from room to room for some time. We left a wake-up call for the morning of our departure, but the call never came through. Had to rush to the airport, taking a (relatively) expensive taxi rather than airport bus.

Reasonable rates - good location w/kitchenette

We spent 6 nights at the Adagio. Reasonable rates for Paris, 10-15 minute walk to the Arc d'Triomph. Nice to have a kitchenette for convenience, but we still had the breakfast 3 days, which was reasonable at 10.5 euros/pp.One note to be aware off - we asked the front desk to get us a taxi to take us to the airport the last day - had to wait 15 minutes and could have flagged one down ourselves a few times before it arrived. When we got into the taxi, we didn't realize until we had driven for 2 or 3 minutes that the meter was already at 15 euros, the driver couldn't speak much English (our French is worse). So we had a long, drawn out discussion with his dispatcher once we got to the airport (we could have jumped out as soon as we noticed - but that may have made us late for the flight - and our bags were locked in the trunk). He claimed that it is standard practice to start the meter from where ever they get the call to come get you - never heard of that from anywhere else in the world! And we had previously always just flagged down a taxi on the street - and the starting cost was 2.40 euros. Not sure if the taxi pays the hotel to call them (the woman working the front desk told us not to flag another taxi down once she had called for a taxi, even though it took 15 minutes to get to the Adagio. Make sure you ask before you get someone to call a taxi for you - or just always flag one down.

Good Location and Functional Family Room

We are a family of 4, so the sofa bed and the mini-kitchen were what attracted us to this hotel. The room looked much like the pictures except the carpet was filthy. The bathroom had a panel in the ceiling that came loose every time we closed the door. We did appreciate the free internet access and the hotel staff was helpful if asked to help with a specific task - such as book a tour. We asked for extra pillows and were told "no". Also, be aware that maid service is only once a week, so if you are staying longer, the room becomes very untidy. We had to specifically ask for a change of towels every time we needed them. The location of the hotel is excellent and the room size is good for families. The metro station is very near.
