You can't beat the location, with the gondola just steps away from the lockers. The building is a bit older but the rooms were very nice and comfy. Also loved the hot tub after a day of freezing on the slopes.

Not sure it could have been better. Staff was incredibly helpful. Access to the mountain was outstanding. Parking beneath was easy and quick. If we ever ski at Winter Park again not sure I'd look anywhere else.

I don’t know about the other units, but the one we stayed was exceptional. Clean well decorated, comfortable beds, sheets, towels.. The pictures don’t do justice, however I was told that units are independently owned so they all look different. I learned the advantage of reserving with Expedia is because front desk can help you more. In our case, we got the keys at front desk. We needed a humidifier, extra towels, keys stopped working. We were glad we were helped immediately. The front desk is super kind and helpful. Michael was super kind. It was our first time going skiing with kids and we will definitely go back to Zephyr (through Expedia).

Loved being on the first floor. So convenient to have a ski out property. Snow conditions were perfect (bikini weather skiing) All employees were super kind and very helpful!

Great room, very roomie can easily sleep four ppl. Staff was great, helped whenever we needed. Just know that on building one and two the wifi does not work on the smart tv because you can’t sign in with room number. Room was clean smelled Great plenty of space and it’s a Mountain View
