Good for a short stay.

Good location within walking distance to everything. Comfortable and nice layout but kitchen not quite fully equipped. Would have been nice to have some glasss and some knifes for cooking. Staff was very nice.

would not recommend to no family. the walls are so thin you can hear evrything at all hours at night.they have over 18 rooms but only 8 parking spaces - and get this , they charge you $35.00 a night to park there . a freaking joke. worst stay ever. i paid through hotels.com and they charged my credit card the entire stay again!! i was livid.

Nicely renovated

Wow., very ordinary to look at from the street but really well renovated and modern inside. Full WIFI, iPad, flat-screen technology available. Great shower - very important in Florida, beds new and comfortable and very well appointed kitchenette considering this was a studio. I would rank this very highly if you want somewhere within a reasonable walk from the South Beach strip but reasonably priced. $25 to park is a bit steep but you can park on the street overnight.

Great Stay

Hotel was clean, modern design (something you need in Miami) and great staff. Location was great because your only 4 blocks from the beach and a short easy cab to SOHO house, where we spent much of our time. Will stay again!

The property's location was great! It is near tons of shops and outlets in South Beach. The apartment itself was okay. We had a garden-level place, so local bugs were in our bathroom. Our bathroom shower sucked; it sprayed water everywhere. Overall, the property was solid.
