Beautiful little boutique hotel for my 7 day stay in Crete! Staff very welcoming from the moment I’ve arrived till the moment I checked out to the airport. Everyone welcomed me with a smile and always asking me if I need any help . Hidden Gem in Ayia Pelagia

This place was absolutely fantastic. Definitely a hidden gem in Ayia Pelayia. It's high up on the mountain before you descend into Ayia Pelayia proper but this means that it is so peaceful and quiet and avoids the hustle and bustle oft he main town. I would definitely suggest renting a car - there is ample free parking and you'll then be able to drive down to town or elsewhere. If you don't feel like driving, they also have periodic shuttles that head down into town. The only item I would suggest they work on is their air conditioning units. I found that the unit struggled to keep the room cool and this disrupted my sleep The staff were extremely friendly and always available to attend to our needs. The included breakfast had an incredible selection of hot and cold items and the restaurant staff were extremely courteous. I would definitely stay here again. Efharisto!

It was a nice time at Pela mare hotel, the ambience is lovely and quiet for a family relaxation. What is unique about the Property is the aerial view, the wonderful Greek culture and amazing staff. My stay was okay until my check out time and was slammed with an unplanned bill which was based on not passing information correctly. Information should be decimated properly and detailed accordingly because language barrier is imminent. But overall it's not bad for a family stay. The management should look into ways of passing information in order not to put client in a tight situation that can be avoidable. It was a wonderful visit to Pela Agia and Pela mare hotel made it worth the while ....

Everyone around here are extremely friendly and helpful. Especially Sofia, Giorgios and Antonio at the reception were eager to provide you the necessary information about Crete. Housekeeper Poppy is exceptionally wonderful. Maria at the breakfast bar is always happy to help. Only one thing I must mention about the room we had was obstructing the sea view by the breakfast bar. Of course that was compensated by the morning sunrise view from our balcony.

This is my third stay at Pela Mare, there is something unique about the landscape and atmosphere of this place. Wir haben eine Woche im Pela Mare verbracht. Es hat uns hier außerordentlich gut gefallen. Die Hilfsbereitschaft, Kompetenz, Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, dem Hauskeeping und dem Restaurant war außergewöhnlich. Ein gutgelauntes „Kalimera“ empfing uns morgens zum Frühstück von Maria, der immer freundlichen Restaurantleiterin. Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen.
