Filthy bed sheets!

Staff didn't care sheets were previously used. Requested new sheets and made our beds New sheets weren't too clean either but at least no hair Hall ways had dirty carpets

Hotel is on outskirts of town but only 10 min drive to the main tourist area. Rooms are large and clean, front desk staff was very good in helping us out. The BIGGEST problem are the beds!!! They are ROCK HARD. And I mean it, ROCK HARD!!! Pillows are very small and very cheap also. We had to ask for extra pillows. If you don't mind that - than its a good deal .

Bonus off the beaten track

Somewhat out of the way and a few notches below 'élégance,' the Park & Suites is an excellent affordable appart-hotel. This location has the look and feel of new construction. Basic kitchen facilities could provide occasional alternatives to pricey dining out (especially for families).

Beautiful hotel however staff was incompetent

We did get to the hotel early but the staff at the desk said our room would be ready in 20 minutes..no problem we waited, another couple came in as we waited. They where told there room would be ready in 20 minutes. They got called in ten minutes and we had already waited 30 minutes by that time..it took a total of 45 minutes for our room to be ready. We had to come back down and asked for bar soap the receptionist said they had no bar soap.

Close to Champagne cellar/cave tours

The rooms we had were very clean, & the hotel appears to be quite new. The hotel is on the east side of Reims, but still just a 5 min drive into the centre of town. On the way to the centre of town you pass right through the middle of the champagne house cave tours neighbourhood. I recommend Pommery, if you are interested. I was just at the Park & Suites for a few days, so cannot comment on the room service. That was an extra charge and we really didn't feel it necessary. Did not try the continental breakfast, which is also an additional charge. My brother used the pullout couch on the room, and commented that it was extremely comfortable for a pullout. And he's a traveller, so that says something.

Good rest stop for road trippers

A one night stop for us on a France road trip. Just off a main highway, easy to find but in an area where nothing else for tourists to see on foot. Excellent kitchenette if you are staying a few days or on need a place for your bevies and road snacks. Did not try the breakfast as we brought our own. Front desk staff welcoming and able to speak English. Bed like most hotels, was a bit hard - pillows ok.

Need a car

This hotel is still new so everything is still nice inside. We had a bigger room with a bedroom and living room. The beds were comfy and bigger then most euro hotels. The only weird thing was that the toilet was in a separate room then the bathroom and had no sink. So you had to do your business walk across the room to the bathroom to wash your hands. Did not like that. Also you need a car, but if you have one it's a quick commute to downtown Reims

Satisfait - à renouveler

Tout s'est bien passé. La chambre était propre. Le lit était très confortable. J'ai regretté l'absence de sachets de thé, tisane ou café lyophilisé. C'est plutôt sympa quand on veut se réchauffer après une longue route pour rejoindre l'hôtel. Le table pour s'installer pour manger est également petite.
