Great 3star place to stay out of centre but with great spa access.& nice grounds Rooms are large and have good showers/toiletries. Beds are comfortable - high off the ground but a stool is provided. Had a suite which had fridge and microwave. It has no meal facilities and place looks "tired". This is the US so Uber delivers & you can Uber/drive to places nearby

Excellent facilities available to guests. Two swimming pools, state-of-the-art gym, beautiful grounds with walking path, very friendly and helpful staff. Room and bathroom amenities are excellent and complimentary bottles of water are a very nice touch. A couple of suggestions: some of the fixtures like the shower head and bathroom mirror are showing wear and could use replacing. The safe, while a great feature, is located in the night table and difficult for older people to manipulate. Having it in the closet would be a plus. Overall a lively place to stay. I am already a repeat customer and will continue to frequent this establishment.

The property is beautiful and well maintained and the walking paths around it are lovely. Only negative comment: the duvet cover on the bed was worn through in a number of sports and should be replaced. Otherwise a very delightful stay.

Checked in. Went to hang up clothes in closet, and HUGE COCKROACH ran down the wall. Maintenance conveyed to me that there was a known COCKROACH PROBLEM @ COOPERS HOTEL & CONFERENCE CENTER. I Wasn’t going to stay. Asked for my money back, and front desk refused to give it back. EXPEDIA has not credited me either. Twice they said they’d look into it, twice they haven’t got back to me. I getting JERKED AROUND by COOPERS HOTEL AND CONFERENCE CENTER, and by EXPEDIA! And I payed extra for this to be a VIP EXPERIENCE to boot! THERE IS NO ACCOUNTABILITY! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!! I have pictures & videos.

Fantastic Amenities

Extremely quiet and clean hotel. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were large and comfortable. Bed was great. Loved the extra touches; robes, slippers, Starbucks coffee in room, they even supplied you with their brand of vitamins every day. We had free use of laundry facilities.They have 4 Tennis Courts and a beautiful Fitness Center. The fitness center was amazing. Guests can use everything here, even join in on a fitness, yoga and pilates class. The locker rooms were lovely, clean and very relaxing. They even included several items one might need to primp up after a workout.

Great facility for Fitness Buffs

Lovely hotel, with all the amenities including state-of-the-art fitness facility, continental breakfast, lit tennis courts, two heated swimming pools, really delicious and good-for-you restaurant. Lots and lots of fitness classes and lovely spa

I would not hesitate to stay here again!

The Cooper hotel and grounds are beautifully kept. The hotel is close to major highways which made getting around Dallas quite easy. The rooms were well kept and extremely clean. The lap pool was perfect for swimming or cooling off. Our next trip to Dallas, we will certainly book at the Cooper Hotel.

Amazing !

I travel to Dallas every other week for business and this is by far the best hotel I have stayed at in a perfect location! Not far from major highway but for food and shopping it wasn't necessary to get on it !!! It's a great complex with fitness classes included ! The only complaint I went to the "restaurant" one night and it was not very good. I hope to find it for a great price again and can continue to stay!

The property around the hotel is beautiful. However, the lobby, rooms, and service were lacking. The lobby had a musty/grandmas house smell. The guy behind the front desk checking me in was less than friendly. When I entered my room, I went to open the curtains and found huge spiderwebs/cobwebs on multiple windows (inside the room) with bugs. I called guest services and they moved me into another room with the exact same issue. I asked if there were any other options and the front desk said no, I would have to stay in one of the rooms, and they would send housekeeping out the next day to clean (I was only staying one night so that wasnt helpful). Customer service is clearly not a priority. The walking path and gym are fantastic perks though.
