The apartment exceeded our expectations and certainly met our needs. We had a bit of difficulty accessing the property with the App when we checked it but the problem was resolved within 30 minutes. We also were without a TV for couple of nights. The problem was resolved by the delivery of a remote. Unfortunately, on our last evening the elevator was not working. As we were walking down the poorly lit stairway my wife slipped and fell 2 or 3 steps. Fortunately nothing was broken, just a couple of bruises. Also fortunately, the elevator was working by our check-out time avoiding the need to carry our luggage down 5 flights of stairs.

The Van Der key app worked great, but there was a lot of communication about needing to pick up a physical key around the corner, which we did. But it turned out everything could be opened with the app so it's not clear why we needed to pick up the fob. Otherwise, the place was nice, reasonably priced, and well-located. There are a couple of shops and restaurants nearby and the tram and train stations are not far.

Great apartment

Very Good apartment, nothing fancy, no staff on site, everything functions well, no issues. Make sure to read emails to understand the access code process. Lots of amenities near by, close to the City Center. A little pricey for what it offers. Overall a positive experience.

Muy mala experiencia en el check-in.

Muy complicado llegar al lugar, no hay nadie para recibirte. Dependes de una aplicación para abrir la puerta del edificio. Tuvimos que marcar a soporte para que nos activaran la aplicación y poder abrir la puerta principal. Si no tienes internet y señal para hacer llamadas en el extranjero es imposible entrar a los departamentos. Ya al interior todo perfecto. Y muy cerca de la parada Solli, que tiene líneas que te lleva a todos lados de la ciudad.

Our apartment is on level 5 , when we arrived , the lift wasn’t working for 2-3 days, we have to carry 5 big lugggaes and 5 small hand carry through 5 level of stairs !!!!! If we were being informed the lift wasn’t working , we will look for alternatives.

Nice, but with a few exceptions

The apartment was modern and clean just as pictured. The downside being that during our stay were on the 5th floor and the elevator was out of order. Also, the heat was on high, probably 27c or 80f. Thermostat was hidden up in a loft accessible only by a ladder and didn’t respond when turned down anyway.
