Convenient apartment with short bus drive to CBD

We had a newly renovated one bedroom apartment on the 6th floor with view to the pool and the Brisbane river.

Clean and bright

Our apartment was clean and bright. A large balcony overlooking the river and the park. Security is very good and The front desk staff were very helpful

We stay here as it is very convenient being near to our son and family and have done so many times. Apartment is pretty well equipped but decour in some areas could do with a bit of refurbishment. Staff friendly and efficient, good easy instructions for out of hours arrival.

Old Apt Unit Nearby Amenities

Pro: Spacious corner 2 room unit with balcony. Accommodates 4-5pax easily. Within walking distance to amenities like Toowong Village, train station, bus-stops and boat ferry point. Cons: The unit is old and due for a refresh. Stingy with basic amenities. Was given 4 trash bags and a small bottle of dish detergent half full for a week’s stay. As unit was facing the road, traffic noise is apparent. Majority of the kitchen appliances and oven were dirty. Had to give some of them a good scrub before using them. Overall pricey for its condition and not value for $.

Close to Brisbane River and therefore public transport on the "River Cat". Overlooks a park and the river safe access by nearby tunnel under Coronation Drive to excellent bike and walking paths along the river. 5-minute drive to Toowong Village shopping Centre, 5-minute walk to Regatta Hotel and Boatshed restaurant

Great spot with a river view, perfect to see the New Years Eve fireworks. Apartment was spacious with good amenities. Ferry was a 3min walk. Apartment needs a bit of a refresh especially carpets, curtains and walls. Bed was firm but didnt break our back's. All in all a nice place to stay. Staff were helpful upon check in, when we needed assistance with the hot water.

Noisy from 8 am till late Jackhammering dropping nails and crews. no tv in the bedroom or aircon and tv in main room all fuzzy, filthy cutlery food still attached ,electric kettle leaking , greasy cupboards .The bed valance was putrid . Cutting boards were well past the use by date.
