Everything was great BUT one caution: If you arrive on Sat, Sun, Holiday or before 0800 or after 1600 weekdays there is no staff. You must register online on Hotelbird app or on provided tablet on counter.

ハイリゲンシュタット駅の通路を出たらすぐの場所でとても便利です。通路を挟みスーパーが朝7時から開いているし宿から出てすぐ食事できる所があるし快適でした。

It was somewhat difficult to unlock the auto-lock at the entrance. The rooms are large and comfortable, although they are in the category of flats with a kitchen. Almost directly connected to the station, so we didn't need an umbrella even though it was raining.

Very clean. Sink is outside the bathroom which is very inconvenient for hand washing after using the toilet. Iron is available from reception but reception has very few working hours so it's best to bring your own or ensure you request it on time when reception is open.

櫃檯服務只有八點到下午三點，所以這個時間以外進來的話就比較麻煩要先跟他聯絡其他的都還覺得不錯，房間很大有兩個窗戶對外嗯地點很方便搭公車地鐵跟Obb火車都方便

El apartamento y las instalaciones están bien. Nosotros tuvimos que hacer el check in online y no te indican absolutamente nada. Además no disponen de aire acondicionado y en el apartamento hacia un calor horrible. Tras ponernos en contacto con ellos , tanto en la recepción ( la persona que nos atendió fue desagradable) como por email ( tardaron 1 día en contestar)no nos solucionaron el problema ya que lo que nos dijo fue que cogiéramos un ventilador, el cual nunca encontramos, y además dejaron de contestar a los emails.
