Very nice condo! Good communication from the property before arrival. The suite we were in was quite spacious and perfect for 4 people. The kitchen is not super well stocked. Minimal dishes/cutlery and no spices, etc. Nice outdoor area for bbq’ing. Beautiful central clubhouse and pool. We were often the only people in the pool during our midweek stay. Close to uptown Charlotte. No shopping nearby for groceries but we found local supermarkets will deliver and this worked out well as we did not have a car during our stay. The unit could have used more pool towels. Only 2 provided for a unit that can host up to 6 people? Overall it was a great, quiet place to stay :)

Perfect location and not far from all the city has to offer. The residence is very spacious and I would choose again over any hotel stay option. The staff were so accommodating and even fulfilled a small request for Valentine’s Day. Definitely will be booking again.

We enjoying our stay. We had an issue with the place being very cold upon our arrival and it took awhile to warm up, but other than that we were very pleased with the cleanliness, the space was great, comfortable and felt like home away from home! We would stay again.

It was a quick trip but convenient and exactly what we need! Straight to the point unit and had everything equipped for a short or long term stay. Very close to downtown! Will definitely be in the top consideration if was to visit Charlotte again!

Great hotel and would recommend, but needs a lock

This hotel has so many upsides to it - very close to uptown, easy to find, relatively quiet, priced well, comfortable, easy communication with the company, easy parking. The only downside is that the area wasn't the absolute nicest, so as a paranoid person, I would have liked a second lock on the door for when you're inside the unit. The only lock is one that will open for anyone with the code, so I would recommend bringing one of those extra lock tools when you stay here if you're like me. With that being said, you are inside a gated complex and need a code to get into the buidling, so its still safe, but I would just like that extra safety measure.

Let me book charged my card full price then made me pay a deposit non refundable messaged with me numerous exchanges before having me submit consent to run a background check and hours later after check inn time finally get back to me denying to let me check in now I'm screwed the ave to wait for all that money to make it back to me I had already made dinner plans and invited ppl went grocery shopping like I said they made me wait hours after confirming my stay and welcome emails and directing me to complete pre arrival so I'm convinced there's no worry they know what they're doing it's dishonest
