Great place to stay.

Great location. A bit far to walk to Hakata Station but overall very nice and space wise good. There is even a machine downstairs to get warm meals.

The overall condition is good, but some areas need cleaning improvement: 1. There is some hair on one of the pillows. 2. There is a lot of dust on the black-edge countertops next to the beds. 3. The smell of disinfectant on the comforter is very strong.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. I was traveling with family. Including myself, we had 3 adults and 2 kids and it was a perfect space for us. We didnโ€™t feel cramped at all and having the kitchenette/washer dryer inside our room was everything and more. We didnโ€™t mind the walk to the station because there was FamilyMart along the way, which we also loved. We hope to stay here again in the future!!! Mahalo!!!

It is located in a quiet neighbourhood. While the roomโ€™s conditions are very good and well maintained, it may not be convenient for those who do not drive.

The property is not far away from the Hakata Station and can be easily found. The pre-checkin required passports and photos. Checkin is easy. The surrounding area is not too nice.
