The previous people left some food inside the microwave and make the room very smelly. The apartment is difficult to find.

駅から遠いので車であればとても良いロケーションで、施設も綺麗でした。 外食でしたので備品などはほとんど使用してないのですが最低限は揃っていたと思います。 チェックイン方法が分かりづらいのでもう少し説明は欲しいです。

このシステムの宿は初めてでしたが、問題なくチェックイン、アウトが出来ました。人によるサービスや食事が不要なので、この宿泊施設で満足してます。 内装も建物もオシャレで清潔感もありました。あともう少し掃除に力を入れて欲しいのと、モニターの使い方が分かりにくかった。 駅からやや遠いのは値段的に仕方がないかと思います。

全体的に綺麗だったのですが、髪の毛が布団の上に落ちていたのが、残念でした。 自分でも掃除できるよう、粘着テープのような掃除道具があれば、コロコロしたかったです。 電車と飛行機の音が夜、少し気になった。

洗面所の排水が流れなくなって困った。 プロジェクターが急につかなくなって困った。 トイレや浴室、ベッドなどは綺麗ですごく良かった。 チェックイン、チェックアウトの方法も簡単で良かった。

家族で泊まり初めは設備はプロジェクター等あり充実していると感じましたが部屋はホコリっぽくドラム式洗濯機がついており使いましたが排水が始まった途端に水が溢れてきて水浸し、スッタフ対応も悪く他に部屋があるのに部屋を変えてくれるず洗濯機とタオルは空いてる部屋のものが使っていいとだけメールで指示が来て終わりました。もう泊まりません

徒歩圏内に食事するところやコンビニがあり便利でした。お部屋も綺麗でした。 洗濯機があったのですが、予期せぬトラブルで子供の服が汚れました。しかし、衣類洗剤が置いてあったのでとても助かりました。

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. I was traveling with family. Including myself, we had 3 adults and 2 kids and it was a perfect space for us. We didn’t feel cramped at all and having the kitchenette/washer dryer inside our room was everything and more. We didn’t mind the walk to the station because there was FamilyMart along the way, which we also loved. We hope to stay here again in the future!!! Mahalo!!!
