Everything was perfect. Safi and the Greek gentleman at the reception are both kind and professional. I come here several times in the year. Also Lou in the new management is good 😊

Very rare to have washer and dryer in any hotel in Paris but Residhome has them both. Rooms are clean and spacious. Close to train station, about 5 minutes walk, and lots of dining options.

The hotel itself was great! Receptionists were really nice and explained all the facilities the property offered. There was some homeless people sleeping around the corner so not the safest at night if you are a solo female traveler like I was on this trip. Other than that the bed was really comfortable and I appreciated the fan that was in the room since it got pretty hot at night. The metro with the RER A line was about a 2 minute walk which was great getting into Paris quickly.

Very very friendly people. Just love the aria , easy access to metro. Just the internet was too poor but we were out most of time. Nothing to complain about . Will recommend this place to friends and Family . Even if you don’t speak French , it’s my favorite place.

First they had no AC, this I could under stand, room had a small fan that was broken, they kinda fixed it but the staff kept it and used it. We finally had to take the fan back when the staff was not present . I believe are room had BED bugs due to type of bug bites I got at night. Then when we wear checking out they charged us for a bottle of water and an ice cream, they claimed they saw take them with out paying. We took no ice cream or water. I did buy 1 water from them.

Clean & comfortable, ( beds were good) and very close to the train to Paris! Breakfast is available on site but at 17 euro each!! ( never saw many buying this option but the room itself looks pretty! ) The nearby grocery store was essential to some morning coffee and small breakfast, also a bakery around the corner is excellent ( where a freshly made croissant is 1 euro) The basketball court in the Park next to the building is used nightly, and sometimes was too loud for sleeping- glad they had a fan available for us to use!

When we arrived, our room was dirty.they apologise and upgraded us to a better room.no air conditioner, but there is fan.good facilities for cooking, cattle, pans,saucepans. Close to disneyland. 5 euro one way by train. And 3.65 euro to get to the paris. Had lovely time thank you.

So this was a great studio that was walking distance to the metro. I was less than 30 min from Disneyland Paris. I was about 30 min to the Louvre Museum. I came in August. There isn’t air conditioning, however, I was able to manage since the weather wasn’t too hot! I was able to cook in my studio, felt safe, was able to do my laundry. For the price, I was very satisfied!!!! Thank you! I’ll be back!!!!
