Newer Hotel, close to Train Station, No AC

very close to the Train Station, restaurants near by, close to supermarket. on the riverbank, with nice views, underground parking (costs extra), caution, No Air Conditioning, not good on hot days or upper floors.

Cheap and convenient, but far from Paris

The hotel is in a convenient location close to RERA which made it easy to get into Paris, albeit taking about 30-45 minutes depending on exactly where you went. The rooms were clean and comfortable, however our shower head holder was broken and never fixed during our stay. We made do with holding our shower head. Note it's not like a hotel where there is maid service everyday. It's more akin to apartment style which was unexpected, but fine by us

Very rare to have washer and dryer in any hotel in Paris but Residhome has them both. Rooms are clean and spacious. Close to train station, about 5 minutes walk, and lots of dining options.

First I will say the staff is very friendly. But please note that there is no air conditioning at this hotel. They don’t state that on this site which I think is false advertisement. When I contacted Expedia about the issue they said it’s nothing there can do without the hotel agreeing to it. Which why would they agree being in the wrong. So please be mindful if you book this hotel in the summer months and are use to a/c not to book this place. The last day before check out we even had water leak on to floor in the bedroom. The rooms are small and it feels stuffy especially if you are use to a ventilated building. Also there are people outside that play music and dance until midnight and you can here.
