Peaceful villa in the middle of bustling Seminyak. Just a short walk to the beach and dining but you would not know it as the property was set back from the noise and bustle. Customer service was amazing. Chandra in reception was such a sweetheart, helping us with whatever we needed. Don’t hesitate to book this place.

This is a lovely, stylish, spacious and well designed property. It is down a long alley so it feels secluded and private even though it is only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We had room service the last night and it was delicious and very inexpensive. An amazing value. I highly recommend this place.

We had a communication issue about transport from the airport to the villas in the beginning, and we booked alternative transport,which made me wary to begin with. The stay was amazing, staff were so friendly and helpful. When we were leaving (430am) our villa to fly home the booked driver didn't show. The gentleman on duty tried his best to get in contact and when he couldn't arranged an alternative that got us to the airport in plenty of time. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff is the magic for this place. Let's start out by saying this place is a great value for the price. The units could use some touch-ups and updates, but for what you are paying, no complaints. Our first night had a surprise when the Air Conditioning unit made a noise and stopped working at 2 in the morning. Not what you want in the middle of a hot and humid night. Management sprang into action and moved us into another unit the following day. The staff members are very courteous, service-oriented, and will go out of their way to assist with requests. An example was one of their employees using his motorcycle to go and pickup our food order from a restaurant after the restaurant informed us that their driver was no longer available to deliver our order. Amazing staff and great manager! Breakfast was consistently good and overall experience is recommended. However, stay away from their in-room dining aside from their breakfast. It comes from another distant kitchen and the food is no good. Plenty of restaurants in the area that will deliver instead. Location is close enough to the beach and restaurants/shopping area, but will be walking in small alleys to get around. Felt safe the entire time.

We stayed in a tired looking one bed villa, really needs improvement even though everything was clean it was a bit depressing. It was marketed as luxury and I’d have been happy if it cost half the price. Breakfast is made somewhere offsite and no coffee included. The staff are distrusting, we were late for the airport and they made us wait while they checked the room!

Place very run down, not the villa photos showed to be. Sheets not changed ever and were dirty, Villa quiet run down and clear with grime in bathrooms etc cleaning never done to a satisfactory level. Staff were good thou thou until they attempted to charge me cleaning of sheets on departure, then couldn’t advise the last time they were swapped out. Wouldn’t go back regardless of price. Good location thou.
