The place is being remodeled, therefore the lifts were not working properly and we had to use the stairs, but the room was perfect. Great location and comfortable.

Great restaurants and bakeries a stones throw away, and walking distance from a lot of the main attractions in Brussels, as well as Brussels-South train station. The room was clean and has a nice kitchenette if you need it, as well. Moreover, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Loved the hotel, great location. The free coffee in the lobby was a lovely touch. The kitchen was well stocked though no kettle in our room as per listing but this wasnt a huge inconvenience for us. The room was hot did not have air conditioning however, we opened windows and this was fine. Would recommend this hotel.

They never offer to help. Anything we asked: "i do not know, it's not sure, there is none (false statement). Hotel that needs a lot of care. The crew needs to learn how to smile and welcome travellers. Mind you, we arrived on a Sunday obviously to be checked in by someone who does like to work on weekend. The worst Citadines ever!

I payed for a suite with two simple beds, a sofabed and a table to eat breakfast. At first I was given the worst room of the building, with a door that didn't close or open properly. Then I was given a room with a doble bed, but never the suite U payed for.

A very nice hotel which is in the heart of it

Very friendly staff who were on hand to help with anything. The Belgian waffle maker at breakfast was an added touch of fun :) The room was clean with comfortable beds. The location is brilliant in that it's a 3 mins walk from a metro station which takes you anywhere you'd like to go. There's trams and buses too. You can also walk to Midi station in about 25 mins, but with 2 young children in tow we gave that option a miss.

Excellent location and facilities

Excellent location for uptown restaurants and close to metro hub for getting anywhere quickly. Surprised to have no room housekeeping for all our five day stay, would have been nice not to have to ask for toilet rolls! But though basic the room had everything we needed and despite some building works all worked well. Staff was helpful. Altogether good stay.

You have to sign up as a reward member to get early check in, which was really easy and we got into the room at 8 am. Free coffee and water bottle filler in the lobby. One bedroom suite pull out couch is two twins. Kitchen has everything you need. Huge soaking tub, great water temp and pressure

We were looking for a hotel reasonably central in Brussels which also offered parking. This fitted the bill perfectly, very close to Avenue Louise and just a few minutes walk to Grand Place. The room was a great size and well equipped and the staff were very helpful. There was onsite parking for a fee which was really helpful, but be warned, the access is quite tight so would be tricky for a large car.

The room we had was suppose to be a one bedroom with a sitting area side by side as shown in the picture. This was clearly photoshopped. When we arrived, the sitting room was on the main floor but the bedroom and the bathroom were on a second floor with very narrow steps. This meant that you had to take your luggage up these steps. We had one member of our party not to be able to climb steps. So that meant they could not sleep in a bed nor use the bathroom upstairs. Imagine taking a kitchen sink bath. Not happy about this when not fully disclosed!!! The front staff was rude. One lady was great at giving the stink eye when you asked her for anything. We really did try to not interact with the staff. Also, if you want AC, don’t stay here.

A comfortable stay with a kitchen. Extra pillows were great. Comfortable bed. Grocery store close by. The room was very hot and was greatful there was a fan available to use from house keeping. There is no air con in the apartment. There is black on the ceiling of our bathroom (above shower) , likely do to lack of ventilation.
