O nosso quarto foi invadido por uma senhora logo de manhã ainda estavamos a dormir em que nos perguntouo que estávamos ali a fazer. No entanto estava pago a estadia. Foi tão constrangedor e ainda após a nossa explicação, nao nos pediu desculpa. Uma grande falha de comunicação entre funcionarios. Não fizeram reposição de papel higiênico. Outra grande falha quando tentamos entrar no hotel no final do dia a porta principal estava fechada. Não nos facultaram chave apenas disseram para procurar uma garagem proxima que dava acesso. Andamos às voltas a procura desse acesso com medo e ninguém responsável não atendia o telefone. Após algum tempo encontramos esse acesso, que nao era facil de encontrar. Foi uma grande desilusão apesar de considerar que não foi nada barato. Só gostamos do conforto da cama.
