سكنت مع العائلة في هذا الفندق موقعه قريب من الشارع الرئيسي فيها المطاعم و الخدمات الموظفين من رجل الان الى موظف الاستقبال ودودين جدا و محترمين يعيب على الفندق صيانة المصاعد يوجد أربعة مصاعد اثنين في كل جهة من الفندق كنت في الدور الرابع و طلبت المصعد وصل ولكن للأسف لم يفتح الباب فاضطررت للنزول بالدرج و اخبرت موظف الاستقبال اخبرني انه سوف يبلغ الصيانة و في اليوم الثاني للأسف استخدمت نفس المصعد على امل انه تم الصيانة و لكن عند وصولي للدور الرابع لم يفتح الباب أيضا نزلت بالمصعد الى الدور الأرضي و خرجت و اخبرت الموظف بالموضوع افادني ان الصيانة لم تحضر خبرني ان استخدم المصاعد الأخرى في الجهة المقابلة أتمنى الاهتمام بصيانة المصاعد
