Loved our stay at this property! Great spacious apartment hotel that was in a convenient location near a lot of the local attractions in Kumamoto. Limited parking, but there are plenty of parking lots nearby to use. Staff was very helpful in directing us to them and check-in was a breeze.

The hotel looks quite new with modern design. The rooms are big with plenty of rooms to open your luggage, clean bathroom and toilet, and comfortable bed. There are also multiple paid parking slots in front/ next to the hotel. It’s in walkable distance to the Kumamoto castle. Would stay here again if we come to Kumamoto.

Very spacious rooms with small kitchen area. Comfortable beds. Lots of room and extra futon mattresses are also comfortable. Granola/yogurt breakfast was so good! Nice to have the washing machine in the room and laundromat down the street. Check in was very smooth and staff was very helpful. Great location, lots of nearby pay parking if the spots out front are full. Easy walk to castle, mall and lots of shops. Only con was that the furniture and futon mattresses were a but stained but room seemed clean overall. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was very clean and new. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. It was very convenient having a washing machine in the room. The easiest way to get to Kumamoto station from the hotel is to use the city tram.

One of the best in Kumamoto

Excellent hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Very limited car park space but there're plenty pay car parks around. 7-11 only 1 min walk away. Excellent room design with plenty of space. My kids love to stay at this hotel. Highly recommended for families with kids.

Good value for money choice in Kumamoto

All in all a good value for money choice in Kumamoto. Located in a residential area not close to JR station, about 15 min walking from the JR station. If you wish to visit the Kumamoto Castle and the local shopping streets, around 15-20 min walking. Facilities are new. Staff are friendly.

I booked the two bunk beds for 3 adults and 3 children. The beds are comfortable but the room is small. Some areas of the room are not very clean too. The housekeeping only comes in after 3 nights.
