Great place to stay. Everything was as described in the listing. We loved that it was walking distance to everything we had planned to do. The only thing I could suggest to make it better, would be to leave detailed instructions on how to operate the washer/dryer.

I've stayed at the Boulevard Stays twice now and it's been absolutely fantastic both times. Close to Downtown, The Gulch and Midtown. You can pretty much walk wherever you want to go. The staff is friendly. The building is secure and I highly recommend the place.

Clean room, close enough to walk towards the fun but far enough away to avoid most of the noise.

Great location walking distance from all the fun on Broadway. Felt like we had a NY city apartment in Nashville! In room laundry machine was a real plus. No staff on site. Only 7 parking spaces available for purchase. None were left during our stay. Bed was only a few feet off the ground. Felt like we were sleeping in a lumpy hammock. That mattress has been pounded. Overall good value for the money.

Virtual check-in a hassle. No one to speed to with local knowledge (all by phone) No pool as advertised Repairs on 8-5 Tv did not work 1/2 the time 7 parking spots for 60 rooms - expensive Heavy constant white noise from cooling pipe Windows excessively dirty Room was very clean/fresh and roomy Good location no car needed
