The house is nice and clean as expected. Communication about the pin code to open the door was not ideal. No email sending out previously to advise about the code. After reaching out directly to the property via email, we received an email only mentioned about the phone numbers as the pin but did not specifically say that the last 4 digits of the phone numbers.

Blinds were broken in the main bathroom so you couldn't use it without being exposed. Check-in process is exhaustive, they can access the iPad camera/mic at any time which is weird. The location is good, able to walk to restaurants and the train station easily. Very clean.

頂樓可以眺望富士山！整體都不錯，入住後記得每個人護照都要掃描過才算完成入住手續。走路10分鐘可以到達河口湖車站，車站附近也有超商。

我住的是103號屋，非常舒服整潔，直望富士山景觀非常美麗，舒適。屋內設備齊全，客廳有按摩椅非常舒服。 環境寧靜渡假一流，只是外出步行到超市購買食用品或餐廳或車站等需時約二十分鐘內。 唯一缺點是如果是駕車前往別墅的話，不易到達，因為某些道路比較窄小，導航也不太清晰指引，浪費了一點時間才能找到。 整體是滿意的。
