Likes: close to the tube; walkable along the Thames; many sites and places to visit; close to boat vendor tours; very friendly staff at the reception area and helpful when asking for directions; the room was clean and very spacious; having a kitchenette (frig, stove, oven/microwave, dishwasher) afforded us to have breakfast, lunch and some dinners conveniently in our room. This is our second stay at a Cheval property and when we visit the UK again, we will definitely stay here. Dislikes: none! Thank you Cheval for making our stay very enjoyable!

The room was a studio apartment which was quite a well layer out. The bed was comfortable and the en suite bathroom featured an incredible rain shower. There was a washer in the studio which allowed for a quick catch up on the laundry. Staff were helpful and worked hard to get information required. The Tower Hill tube station is a 5 minute leisurely walk.

I travel extensively and this place was one of the nicest I have ever stayed at - great staff, stunning rooms, increseinle views. The beds need to be replaced (worn out) but that is the only item that I would not give a 5 star rating for. If I had to live in a condo, this is the place I’d want to retire in!
