This is a hotel, with many longterm residents. At night there is a more or less constant yelling in the hallways about various family disputes and the like. It appears that rooms are getting cleaned at night as i could often hear a vacuum cleaner being used on hard tile floors. Good thing i had earplugs. The elevator and the hallways are disgustingly dirty. The appartement itself was clean and so was the linen. There were no plates, cups, glasses, silverware, or pot/pans in the small kitchen. The host was quick to provide those the next day after a called them.

No remote for the two televisions in the unit. Their online portal for contactless check in was a nightmare and broken, had to waste an hour just getting verified and have my security deposit accepted. Room smelt like dog piss, had to go buy a candle. And to top it all off, it had roaches.

The air conditioning worked amazing & the amenities in the rm were nice but I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the rm & property I had to change rms cause the 1st one wasn't clean at all & the 2nd rm bed was coated in dog hair with no protective cover so I was itchy all night being allergic to animal dander the shower also had dog hair all over it when I complained I wasnt compensated at all even tho I've been a long time customer I was highly disappointed in the customer service
