Kind of knew what I was getting from other reviews. Excellent location right on the beach at a good price relative to others in the area. Brutal check in procedures with the valet parking (far worse on other nights and for others), can’t understand why they can’t have a better system and onsite communication on site during check in. Bathroom door was basically destroyed and rotten, decades old cabinets and leaks from AC. Otherwise I enjoyed the view from the room.

The unit was clean. Beds were comfortable. Service was good. The main floor bathroom was a disaster. The pool was not open. Not a “full” kitchen. Had pots, but no stove…interesting. Restaurants, expensive and very small servings.

There was mold in the bathroom as there isn't a fan. Many of the outlets don't work. It was adverised as two queen beds with a futon as an additional bed, but there was no bedding. The staff checking us in were all incredibly rude and dismissive. Chairs around the pool are broken. The good things were that the beds were comfortable, and Jessica was lovely to deal with for online communication. The free valet parking was appreciated.

Good hotel with a great view. Not easy to communicate and get information with workers however. Place is nice but could definitely be renovated to make it a 4 star hotel instead of a 3.

Overall the stay was good. The unit was dirty and could definitely use a deep cleaning. Bathroom was the biggest area of concern. They have white bedroom furniture which is dirty so the 1st thing you see walking in to the bedroom is the dirty bed with a gorgeous view of the ocean.. the host communicates well however for the price I was have expected something more cared for. Oh and the restaurant downstairs extremely overpriced and the service was terrible.

Biggest plus is that it's near the beach. Sheets were not clean and maintenance was still working on a leak in the sink when we checked in, had to ask them for a change in sheets, also I didn't like that there was no rug in the room, It's a big hotel that needs renovation, some rooms are being advertised on a different hotel name because they are just so awful, some are nicer. One or two valet staff were rude. Once I witnessed they had damaged a guest's car and police was called by the guest. Front desk staff are polite but inefficient and slow.
