Excellent stay! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is perfect and close to shopping, restaurants, and major attractions, making it very convenient. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend Ascott Star KLCC, and we would definitely stay here again!

Huge building with lots of guest. Well run, planet of lifts, good location, nice room, a chance to walk some clothes while travelling. Easy walk to everything, great views of the Petronas Towers. Breakfast was crap, bland, unappetising and repetitive, we eventually went out for breakfast in a nearby mall. That apart, good stay! Check out the view from our room!

Nothing not to like. The room was spotless and well maintained. Great bed made for comfortable nights. Everything was close at hand due to excellent location to shopping and restaurants. Good hotel facilities for swimming and relaxation. Have stayed more than once and will be back again.

Property was fully equipped with basic amenities, was clean and within a walking distance of the petrona towers. The only gripe i have is that the cleaner came and i told him that we would be another 10-15 minutes as my husband was showering he insisted that he comes in and cleans, so I allowed him.

I’ll definitely stay at Ascott Star KLCC whenever I’ll be visiting Kuala Lumpur. The facilities are impressive and the views from the rooms/rooftop are stunning. Friendly personnel - a big shout out to Lisa, Mendo & Billal for being such gracious hosts!
