When we arrived the roof top pool was under renovations and not accessible for our whole trip. Laundry was broken. And elevator was under repair. With a hip problem having to climb four flights of stairs was an issue.

This hotel was perfect for our family with two teenagers. Pool area was lovely, it was great to have washers and dryers. We felt very safe walking at night to all of the great restaurants in El Poblado. Would definitely stay here again!

Easy airport transfer, simple clean accommodation

Great little apart hotel. Loved the laundry facilities and the service at breakfast was excellent. Rooftop dipping pool was nice, and we enjoyed the gym, although small. Stairs as an alternative to the elevator was nice. Small convenience store across the street and a couple of dining options nearby. Although an apart-hotel, no pans or cooking utensils, though if we asked I’m sure the hotel would have provided them. No hair dryer in the room either, but when asked they sent one up. I was also able to modify the settings on the TV to watch some movies in English, which was nice as an option as we stayed for 7 nights. The location is a little bit of a walk from poblado proper, but we didn’t mind. There is also a location to get a PCR test at Syn Lab just 5 minutes away, which was very convenient for us. Would definitely stay again. Oh! And the airport transfer was easy and reasonably priced!! So nice to have someone waiting for us with our name on a card when we arrived. We contacted them with WhatsApp to arrange prior to arrival. Very easy.

Nice Aparthotel near the action!

Very nice aparthotel in the trendy El Pablado area but on a quiet street. Very close to some good cafes and restos. Front desk staff was helpful. Covid safety protocol followed everywhere in the building. Tasty breakfasts. Very nice pool area and washing machines available.

Sites is a very good hotel! Would recommend anyone to stay at Sites if visiting Medellin!Staff were all friendly and helpful! Breakfast was excellent the whole week we were there,and the restaurant food in the evening ,a must to have! Booked all tours from the hotel,terrific prices and pick up, drop off at front door! Was a pleasure to stay at Sites!

Great location, just outside the busy area but walkable to the train or the main streets in Poblado. Service was amazing and the breakfast was really good.

Lovely stay at Sites

The hotel is located in a peacefull and quiet neighborhood but with easy access to metro and to great restaurants ans nightlife. We felt secure and at home. Staff is always versy responsive and helpfull. Would certainly return if ever back in Medellin! Of interest: you can use washer and dryer for free! Very helpfull when you are on a long journey.

Beautiful hotel! Nice view from the balcony. Lots of space in the room. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. The trouble is that it's a bit far from the action. There are places to stroll around during the day but not much to do. They offered us a nice coffee and water when we entered the hotel. WiFi worked well everywhere. Everything was great.

Nice newer hotel with spacious rooms. We had a great view from our 9th floor family room (2BRs and a living room). Very nice and hearty breakfast each morning. It’s a bit of a walk to the action in Poblado but we always felt safe walking to the metro or the restaurants closer to the park.

Really liked that building and staff, however they told us they would arrange a bilingual 7 hour tour. When the guide arrived he had very limited English and only took us out for 4 hours. Staff and hotel were great, but I would not take their recommendations for services.
