Great location, safe and clean.

Great location just close enough to broadway that’s it’s an easy walk but tucked away enough to get a reprieve when you need some downtime, front desk could communicate a little better, I asked about an early check in once I got there and they said they would call once the room is ready, I ended up calling later myself, and they said the room had been ready for a while. Don’t think they had any intention of letting me know I could check in early.

The location is great. The heating system is not good. Our room was cold in the kitchen/living area even though we turned the thermostat to 80 degrees and the heating system ran constantly. The water pressure was very low. The fire alarms were being tested. Communication regarding these tests were inadequate and confusing.

I can’t say enough about this property. The accommodations were fantastic and the staff was amazing. Everyone at the front desk went above and beyond with there hospitality and great recommendations. The property location was ideal! A quick walk to Broadway and great restaurants while far enough off the strip to enjoy a quiet night in. I will definitely be back.

We overall loved our stay here in Nashville. Our only recommendation was to have beds updated A double bed is small for 2 adults and the bed is uneven. Otherwise wonderful

Room was large with good amenities and it had a good location close to Broadway. Unfortunately the noise from pedal pubs, pressure washing the sidewalks, and the sirens through the night were a bit much for us. We had to wear earplugs to get a good nights rest.
