Great weekend !

We enjoyed our stay, it was for my husband’s birthday. The card and little snacks are thoughtful . The staff is nice and the location is great. It was our first time to Chicago and we totally enjoyed our trip. It was wonderful to stay so close to the major attractions and feel safe .

Im a bit hesitant to share my real opinion of thus place -- in the way that you don't share "your favourite fishing hole". This was absolutely perfect for us. Walkable to so much of city core, but also we were interested in other areas such as the aquarium, beaches, Prairie District which Sentral is very close to. The building/ amenities/ views exceeded expectations. And the staff were awesome - especially Joshua at checkin. THANK YOU so much for a wonderful stay.

From a quick glance the property and unit look great, and a very good location. However it doesn’t take long to notice that everything is dirty and run down. Our unit was gorgeous and spacious, however the couch was extremely stained and a burn mark in it, it was so dirty we had to buy a blanket to we could sit down. My daughter got a piece of glass stuck in her foot as soon as she walked into the kitchen. The shower wall had hair clumped onto it and the grout needs to cleaned. Appears to be a ‘party’ condo/hotel and not really for families. Lots of people coming in and out of the place that didn’t appear to be staying there. Location is great, but a lot more care needs to be taken to keep this place nice.

The facility is fantastic. Really enjoyed the gym and pool. Our premium apartment was not the best. Although the corner suite offered a fantastic view the apartment was dirty and run down. Trains are very loud. Not sure that I would stay here again. For the same price you can book something in the north or downtown.

Home away from home

Great location and the property is safe. Toon was comfortable and had all the basics I needed for the week. Floor and rug in my suite could use a feel clean, but that was my only complaint. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

February birthday trip

Wonderful stay! Amazing location, parking nearby for those who dont want to pay for Valet service. Clean and spacious. And the pool/garden and fitness center we’re really impressive.
