友人数名と伺いましたが施設もきれいでまた利用したいと思いました。 鍋をしようと思っていましたが、移動式IHがなかったため、少し不便でした。 駐車場も広く止めやすかったです。

大晦日から元旦の年越しに、せっかくなので家族みんなで楽しめる宿をと思い、少し奮発して宿泊しましたが、非常に残念な思いのステイとなりました。 夜に家族団らんの夕食中に火災警報器がけたたましく鳴り響き、食事を中止し避難の準備をと思ったところ、他の部屋で室内で焼肉をしたことによる誤報とのこと。それから2時間後にもまた火災警報器が同じように作動し、ゆっくりとした時間を過ごすことは全くできませんでした。 オペレーターに確認したところ、室内での使用は原則禁止なので、他のお客様の問題だという回答でした。しかしながらホームページにも室内の案内にも禁止の言葉はなく、施設側の案内に問題があると感じましたし、何より少しの煙で過剰に作動してしまう火災報知器の設定も不十分で安全性にも問題があると思いました。(誤報が多すぎることによって、かえっていざという時に危機感が持ちにくい) また、隣の部屋からの音漏れが明け方まで続き、眠りにつくことができませんでした。 オペレーターに連絡したところ、警備会社を呼びますという対応でしたが、しかしその後も話し声や笑い声の改善はなされず6時ごろまで寝られませんでした。翌日に施設と確認し、もちろんお客様が賑やかだった可能性もあるものの、壁が薄く構造の問題もあるのではと確認したところ、施設の問題でなく、あくまでも隣のお客様の迷惑行動の問題です、とのこと。対応にも不信感を感じました。 さまざまなトラブルと、それ以上に対応いただいた責任者の男性オペレーターのホスピタリティを感じられない対応により、残念な想いの残る宿泊となりました。 施設自体は綺麗で快適な施設で心地よく、専用の庭も犬はとても喜んでいたので、今後の改善に期待したいと思います。

寝具も数が揃っており、広さも十分な為、家族連れやグループでの宿泊にはとても良いと思います。 ウッドデッキでのBBQは、BBQ用施設ではなくホットプレートだった事とタープ等少しの雨でも楽しめるような作りだったなら尚良かった為、星4にしました。

The villa that we stayed in was well kept and very clean! The local area was beautiful and quiet. Our group had decided the rent cars which made getting around the area that much easier as well as the location of the villa having easy and accessible parking. Right next to the famous FujiQ amusement park as well as dozens of beautiful Onsen with great views of Fuji!! The site of the villas itself was unique with fun camping vibes! Overall, everyone in our 9 person group loved this stay and thought it was the best one our whole trip!:)

テラスでバーベキューができると書いてありましたが、オール電化で火気厳禁の為ホットプレートでのBBQでした　ケージと、虫除けはありませんでした　お風呂・サウナ等他に関しては、満足でした

とても綺麗でした。犬は2階には入れませんが、1階だけでも充分なスペースがありくつろいでいました。洗濯機が部屋にあり湖で遊んだ水着など洗濯できて助かりました。 動線も使いやすく居心地良かったです

利用いたしましたのは、わたしども70代夫婦と娘小学5年生の孫娘と1歳のシーズーです。楽天のこのような施設は千葉にも行っておりますが、こちらは何もかも最高でした。 クローバーがたくさんしげっている目の前の小ぶりの庭ではうち水もでき最高でした。次は真夏をさけてお庭でバーベキューできるような頃にまた是非行きたいと思っております。 素敵な森にかこまれ、よいところです。
