Two things I'd like to add for people that would want to arrive before check-in time... they don't allow check-in time before exactly 15h00. I got there around 14h00 and they would'nt allow me to check-in. We had to wait outside because there were only two small couch and other people were also waiting to check-in. Second thing, there is not enough hook around the room so we can't hang enough cloths or towels and stuff. Overall it was a good place and near the metro station.

They have a big screen like a projector in their room, so we enjoyed it to watch YouTube until midnight. We could feel relaxed and spend happy time.

Unable to access room. Had to find another hotel

We arrived at 9pm and had to do self check-in. After completing info we had to FaceTime front desk with an available iPad. We were never able to reach anybody through their system. I had read that there would be someone at the front desk until midnight. This what not the case. After 30 minutes of trying everything, we had to find another hotel for the night. I had previously emailed hotel to make sure there would not be any problem checking in at that time. I never got an answer from them.

Not a bad stay but the room is way too small for a family- I tried searching for reviews and photos but hard to judge. Overall, not a bad stay. Nothing negative except for the small size room but you get what you pay for.

No humans at front desk

We are on the road booking hotels as we travel from city to city. I try to look for places with manned front desks, but was disappointed to find out when we got to the property that there were only 2 ipods there. Email they sent me was that i would be greeted upon arrival. We couldn't leave luggage nor check in early. I understand about early check-in, but we had to drag our luggage back to train station and put it in locker, then back to the hotel. After that we were given codes for the property and room. The room was spacious, but only had a double bed ? There were 2 benches that could be used for futons, but not great for a couple. Our stay was fine after we were able to check in

The property is very close to Shin-Osaka train station. Close to a few good restaurants and convenience stores. The property is clean. They have a remote check-in. A quick face to face call with an operator gets you all setup with a pass code for your apartment. All is done through tablets available at the main lobby.

We had a great stay. Checking in and out was quick and easy. The room was comfortable and the baby had fun exploring everything. We liked the tatami floor. The bed was a bit too hard.

Room was very nice and big considering other hotels in the area. It is a self check in/out system, so you really cannot check in until the time given. Everything is electronic/virtual.
