We had some trouble with checking in. Never received the email for pre-check-in as indicated on the confirmation . I sent the company a message in this regard via their website and never got a reply. Expedia virtual agent was also not able to help me. On the day of arrival, had to call the company agent and was told we needed to do a bunch of online forms before being let in. We were quite tired with our kids so that was a pain in the bum. Once we got in we were content with the apartment and its amenities. A great option for families with kids. Laundry was great. Had a large fridge, utensils, dishwasher, etc. It was in an excellent area for food/shopping/access to metro etc. We wished the place was better cleaned before our arrival, especially the floors. Overall it was a nice option for families and a great location.

The place was amazing! It was close to everything! The neighborhood was so nice to walk around do shopping have something to eat! They arranged my transportation from the airport! The apartment was very clean and had everything you needed! When I come back to Barcelona I want to stay here again!

Location in the Gothic area enabled us to do sightseeing very conveniently. Many restaurants within walking distance. It was 5 mins from La Rambla. Apartment was modern, clean and all appliances worked properly.

In the heart of everything

Best location in the Gothic Quarters, less than 5 minutes to Barcelona Cathedral, close to shopping and Las Rambles. Less than 10 minutes to Plaça de Catalunya. Our two-bedroom suite on the 3rd floor was spacious and comfortable. From our step out balcony, we can see the Barcelona Cathedral. On the 5th floor, they have a small pool and some lounge chairs, perfect apace for sun bathing or to relax. The suite is fully equipped but they don't have a dryer. Our host Julie was very nice and thorough in explaining how everything works. The best part is that they provide you with a WiFi unit that you can carry around - what a bonus!

Great apartment in Gothic Quarter

Several colleagues shared the apartment during a business trip to Mobile World Congress in Feb 2018. While the apartment was small, I suppose it was average size by European standards. Very clean and modernized. Has a fully-equipped kitchen, but we did not use. Great location, close to metro, Gothic Quarter, restaurants, shopping, etc. Wish I had more time to enjoy.

In the heart of everything

This hotel is in the heart of everything. It is a very short walk from the place de Catalunya. This is were you will find the hop on hop tours. There loads of shops and restaurants in this area. Parking is a bit of a challenge and if there are protests all the streets get closed in the area. But getting around walking is quite easy.

Great location and comfortable space

Five minute walk to many sites, shops, and restaurants. Stayed here after a cruise and we would stay here again. Was a bit worried because they don't have traditional reception desk, but it turned out better. Rebeka was there to meet us at 9:20 a.m. (we were about 20 minutes late) and service was excellent and personalised. She stored our luggage for us so we were able to walk around the Gothic area right away. Received a text once the room was ready around 1 p.m. My kids loved the playground right across the hotel.

Not bad but not amazing

This apartment hotel is in a great location. The apartment is pretty small but efficiently organized. My biggest complaint would be that the mattress (I think it's actually 2 mattresses pushed together) is too thin and uncomfortable. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was also frustrating - ours kept opening. We were a little disappointed that there was no dryer but there was a washing machine to do laundry. The rooftop pool was nice, with good views, but very shallow.

Great hotel in a great location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was roomy, clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed for 6 people. The location was brilliant. A very quiet street but so close to great shopping. We will definitely stay again when we return to Barcelona.
