Nice location with good transportation near by, the pkace is comfortable and clean. I gad a bad experience on the check in because of a bad comunication and the front desk is not available always at the hoyrs they are suppose to be. But besides that the place was nice

The location was beyond amazing, 10 minutes to the Las Ventas Stadium, it was lovely. The staff was lovely too, I recalled when I enquired about laundry, they provided me with laundry pods without even asking for free. When we have concerned over speaking spanish over a delivery package, they helped us too. Thank you HA Apartahotel Quo Erosa. The room was incredle, had a little kitchen attached to it. Thank you - we love our stay there.

Bothered when we arrived on mon pm at 10 none on reception. Another guest helped out by phoning and speaking Spanish to the person so she could explain what to do - not clear from email confirmation that absence at desk would happen - merely that reception was there from 3pm Apart from this reception both friendly and helpful and kind - made our stay a great pleasure

DEPOSIT SCAM

They ask for deposit on check in, which we didn’t mind paying. However to get the deposit back it’s been a struggle, I have been calling and calling, everyday it’s a story. We still waiting for our deposit 1 week after check out. The CLEANING STAFF WERE AMAZING. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE, THEY A SCAM

We booked this for a one night stay prior to a flight the next morning. There was a Carrefour mini-market as well as Aldi close by to buy some fruit and breakfast food. We found dinner and dessert nearby as well without any issues. Only thing we did not like was that the sound was coming in from adjacent guest rooms (coughing, toilet, running water). Being closer to airport and on the Metro line were our primary goals and we were overall happy with our stay.

Excelente! O Aparthotel está a dois minutos da estação de metrô, há várias linhas de ônibus que têm paradas muito próximas, mas quem quiser ir a pé até a região que concentra os pontos turísticos levará cerca de 30 minutos caminhando. O apartamento em que estive hospedado foi entregue limpo e com todos os confortos oferecidos no anúncio. O bairro está repleto de bares, restaurantes e supermercados, o que muito facilita a hospedagem. Os funcionários foram todos bastante solícitos e prestativos, fica aqui um elogio destacado. Voltaria sem medo de errar!
