This us my 2nd time staying at this great boutique hotel. Everything is immaculately clean, up to date, comfortable and totally impressive in every way. There is an unspoken welcoming vibe upon reaching the hotel. I will most certainly stay there if i were to visit Hakodate for the 3rd time :)

A cozy boutique hotel that is walking distance to the Hakodate morning market, train station and local eateries. Had a good walk around the area in the morning to experience the local culture. No daily housekeeping but room was relatively clean and spacious for us group of 3.

The room configuration is excellent with the 4 beds we had. The hotel is conveniently located and we were pleasantly surprised at its newness and cleanliness. Would definitely consider staying here again if I was visiting Hakodate.

Pretty good！ Very convinient facility compared to those conventional hotels that I stayed at this journey. Especially a super large parking lot with no charge just locates next to the hotel building really helps a lot while traveling in far wide Hokkaido. Amazing experience in Janpan.
