Worn. A/C broken. Only got it fixed after I called Expedia. Tennis court being repaired. Hot tub green. Rug really needed cleaning. Windows very hard to close and lock. Ants in the kitchen. Vertical blind slats fell off. Clips broken and couldn't hold them up. However, fairly spacious living room. Pretty quiet complex. Check in easy. Close to hwy 27 not near address noted on listing.

The property was very clean, lots of space, new appliances & had everything you need to stay a week with your family (or 2! It was huge!). Was close to lots of shopping and only about 20 mins from Disney. Cumbrian Lakes is a gated community which we really enjoyed and had a little park for the kids. The only negative I could say would be the property could use a bit of updating and don’t expect early check in, even if it’s been requested in advance but really it was great and clean so we will definitely stay again.

After a few days we were asked to move from one lovely condo to an upgraded and different resort. It too was lovely and the resort pool was great, but very crowded at times.

Well first of all the garberator blew up all over the kitchen.We had to call twice to get maintenance.And then we had problems with the electrical in the bathroom for 2 days.Glad we had an extension cord along to plug in a lamp on the floor.And at checkout!!! Well suffice to say less than professional!!

I rented 2 properties for 2 nights. All beds uncomfortable. One of the properties had a broken futon and claimed it would sleep 2 people. Nobody slept on it as it was terrible. One of the properties had a coffee maker that did not work One of the properties had a back door that did not lock . One of the properties had internet that did not work. Both properties had outdated furniture.(slip covers over ripped chairs)

Our family stayed here with my parents. There was plenty of room and it was nice and quite. The boys love the pool. The area was close to Disney which made travel easy.

We didnt like that we had to buy extra paper towels and toliet paper and that the phone didnt work so we couldnt even call to ask. We found other peoples belongings under the bed and behind the dressers.

Traffic Nightmere Florida. LIke Busy City. 2018

I prefer to stay closer to Vineland in Kissimmee since this location has a 40 min delay (17 min usually location bad = 40 min awful). The rooms are old and outdated with a musty smell bring air freshener. Nice that gated community but people always signing in and have to wait again in car line. If you want pool chair get their early since busy with seniors and at night the kiddies are in pool. Other 2 rooms beds soft but the double bed is very worn and uncomfortable (time to buy new one since sunk in). $95 dollar plus $35 and tax fee for complex and a deposit is also needed (deposit refunded). You can buy paper plates or do all dishes before you leave plus you must empty your own garbage. The person at complex who plus walk ways off early each morning collects garbage in bin out front of door. Little gecos are cute but get in room on first floor be careful not too hurt them. Cheap TV but work accept one of them.

Good for large family with children, free parking

Spacious and quiet. Lots of free parking. The Villa is a bit dated could use some renovating to update the looks but it was comfortable and spacious. 2 bedrooms:1 room had a queen bed with en-suite and 1 room had 2 twin beds. 2 full bathrooms. We were out most of the day at the theme parks and just used the kitchen for breakfast. It was safe and I felt secure. The office for picking up and returning the keys and iron was not far from the Villa. But note the hours of the office for access. You throw out your own garbage and there is no cleaning for the stay.

Great family option

We had 6 people fit comfortably in this four bedroom house. The kids really enjoyed having our own pool and separate bedrooms! We were super close to all the major parks and outlet shopping. A few small issues with the plumbing and tiny flies getting in, but overall this was a great stay for our family!

great location

The villas are in a great location but need some updating.The back deck off the master bedroom had a rotten board that my husband almost went through and the carpet is in bad shape. The dishwasher didnt work snd the stove only had 3 working burners. The community pool was small and dirty. One of the main reasons why we stayed here is because in the advertisement for this place it showed multiple beautiful pools. I have no idea where they were as we only had a tiny little pool for 2 huge loops of villas.
