Always a great stay here located 30 minutes from Manhattan via LIR location close to bell boulevard for restaurants many good ones would definitely stay again
The property is really great for parking accommodations. The rooms were OK at best, a little musty smelling, but tolerable. Staff were friendly, stay was quiet.

First night. A/C went down. Changed rooms the next day. The new room was good. No housekeeping entire 5-day stay. Had to ask the front desk for towels every night we came back.
It was cheap and we got what we paid for. Hallways and elevator smelled like pot. Carpets were stained, pull out sofa matress had a giant pee spot on it. Breakfast was nearly nonexistent. Only coffee, juice, and plain bagels most mornings.
Hotel staff are unfriendly and always make an impression. Also, as soon as you enter the room, you have a very disgusting smell. After less than an hour, you we just left the hotel. You just wasted your money.
The room size was ok, the carpet looks dirty, the couch looks like they picked it up from the dumpster, the toilet does not flush properly, , the smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag, the room was cold, a fake thermostat on the wall,, the lobby smelled of smoke n pot, just not worth the money n time to stay there.
Small AC unit couldn't sleep because it was too hot. Key carf didn't work on main entrance door. No coffee machine and no cups. Completely empty kitchen. Freezer had a big block of ice and we couldn't use it. No variety on breakfast.
Beds are uncomfortable, pillows were like sleeping on A cotton ball. I don't recommend you use a blacklight for fear of what you may find. My son found hair under the covers which did not belong to any of us. Walls were falling apart with terrible plaster job. Rugs are dirty. Shower was weak.
We arrived around 9p and the gentleman at the front desk took a very long time to check us in. We were waiting for about 20 minutes because he could not figure out the system. Not sure if this procedure but he took a photo copy of my credit card and asked if it was okay if he knocked on our door around 11p so I can sign papers. We advised him multiple times that we had booked the reservation through Hotels.com and he told us that he may need to charge my card again. I told him that the charge already went through so it doesn't make sense to charge me again.
We were tired from traveling most of the day so we wanted to rest as soon as we got in. We were put in the first floor and woke up multiple times due to nearby doors slamming.
It was very outdated to begin with, the ac filter was filthy, when i removed it from the unit it looked like a wool sweater. The television only received about 5 channels clearly the rest were unwatchable. The dresser drawer fell right out of the dresser and it almost broke my toe lol. We also had a king size bed but it had 4 tiny pillows like for a child's bed and when asked for king pillows they told us that they had none. Definitely not worth the rate we paid!! Maybe I'm being a little harsh because i happen to be a Chief Engineer of a hotel myself, i would be embarrassed to say this was my property. You don't need to be a huge corporate chain to take pride in your property.
I paid for a studio with a kitchen. The stove did not work. I bought food with the impression I would have a working oven, because it did not work I ended up having to throw out food. I told the front desk and was given an attitude. I also had to get sheets and a pillow from the front desk for my son who was staying on the pullout bed because there was none in the room for the bed. I asked for towels twice they never came. I was in the back of the hotel that had a separate entrance the entrance door was never kept closed so it made us feel unsafe. The card (key) for the room stopped working ALL THE TIME. The whole hallway and my room smelled like rotten trash. Extremely disappointed I will not stay again and do not recommend.
