Family accommodation close to all amenities

The apartments are close to the beach, tram stop and in walking distance from the heart of Surfers Paradise. The 2 bedroom self-contained apartment was large and comfortable for our family of 7. Waking up to the ocean view was amazing. I would highly recommend and definitely stay here again.

Everything OK. Clearly renovated recently, and all modern and new. Design a bit dated, would have expected an en-suite in two bed apartment these days.

Apartments and foyers had been recently refurbished, the outside structure was untidy and needed work. Management very helpful. Complex was close to all the things we needed to access

The property was very expensive for what it was. Refurbishment of the room was nice and clean, but the car park was filthy with excess rubbish, furniture and appliances all littering the basement.

The apparent was dirty bathroom wasnt clean the rug was dirty we didnt get the room we wonted oh and the bunks were unstable so no one could sleep on the top of bunk

We are very impressed. The unit we stayed is a new renovated unit as it looked different to those shown in the hotel’s AD. Modern renovation with classy furnitures, decoration, kitchen housewares, cossy bedding, …. We particularly like the thoughtfulness of the provision of a water jug with filter, color matched pegs (!), plenty of toilet rolls, …. The building is in a superb location - closed to the esplanade & tram station. Really we can’t ask for more.

We were made to feel very welcome. The Gentleman at reception was lovely and helpful. The bedrooms didn't have aircon but the windows let in a beautiful breeze. The apartment very roomy and comfortable, just slightly dated.

The windows were filthy as were the ceiling fans. The out door furniture such as it was needs replacing. Spend some $$$$$ on this place and you might fine your return guests percentages would improve

I booked the ring date old was good about changing it for me unit was clean good views an being so close to everything was good the only thing I can fault the place would be the shower head I’m not a big fan of the water saver ones apart from that for the price it was a top place an I would definitely stay there again 👌
