The property manager, Corey, was responsive, professional, and she quickly resolved my issue immediately. The property is quiet and very well-kept.
I’d definitely stay here again!
Loved this stay! Spacious enough for 2 and all amenities are clean and new. Flies do get into the home and are a bit annoying to get out but that’s nature!
The yurt was really cozy and comfortable, very well stocked with everything you need. The bathhouse was also clean and accessible. This property was located near restaurants, markets and in a beautiful area.
I loved the keyless check in process, and the property’s communication about all the information needed was great! The creek behind the yurt was really peaceful and I really didn't have a problem with bugs. I was just passing by but I could recommend this place for a longer stay.
The tiny house was clean. The kitchen was stocked with all utensils and cookware needed for meal prep. And, it is pet friendly.
The checkin process was no contact, only a message with instructions which was very clear and easy to follow. There is a laundry facility available.
It is in a great location to explore Black Canyon of the Gunnison.
We stayed in Yurt 1 and it was so cool and comfortable. The bathhouse was very close and clean and the whole property had a great vibe. We will stay there again when we have a really early flight from Montrose.
Great stay in Tiny Home. The location was excellent, close to the national park, restaurants, and right along the creek, which made for a peaceful setting. The home was very clean, well equipped, and everyone we met was friendly. Only drawback was the sleeping area got very hot, so a fan or second AC would help. There were some invasive bugs in the area, but staff communicated it well. Overall, we’d come back.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in
The yurt was fun to stay in, but it was quite warm. The bed was very firm, and hot. Area around yurt was quite dry and dusty, but I enjoyed the experience anyways. Wish I had a sink or a faucet at least, but had to walk to bathhouse every time.
Was very clean.
Check in was so easy.
Property was clean and quiet. There was a creek by the property and was nice to sit by.
Plenty of shade.
If we needed anything they accommodated us.
Kitchen was furnished with all we needed.
Would recommend getting a few mixing bowls.
#4 upper bed is not really good for adults but we all slept well.
Would definitely recommend staying and we WILL be returning.
Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Clean little tiny home right on the creek. Megan was a fantastic host. We had a couple little problems upon initial checkin but she addressed them promptly with a smile. We stayed one week without any other problems. They even offered for us to extend our stay one day, we loved it so much we re-arranged our travel plans and accepted the extension. We will definitely be back to the Wheel Haus soon!
First off this is in a campground and no mountain view. The cabin i booked wasn't available so they gave us different cabin that was said to sleep 4 but not for 4 adults (1 bed and a pull out). Back was sore in the morning. No sheets for it and only 2 towels.
