Upon arrival we were told that our room had been changed for a better room but we were placed on the side of the hotel where it was extremely noisy. Also we were charged an extra $60 for an extra quest (third person) although there were only 2 of us travelling and stayed in the room. We were told to take the matter of the charge for the third person up with Expedia as they are the one that received payment.

The PYR was under construction so it was noisy, dirty and at the very best, a two star property. The location is good so if you want a cheap and uncomfortable place to crash it’s an option.

An overall okay hotel close to the beach and Renfe

This is an okay hotel in Fuengirola with close reach to the beach and the train. Pros: Location, heated pool in the winter 30' every day, clean rooms, close to restaurants. Cons: Not the safest area at night e.g. drug dealers, hookers, drunk people, breakfast is somewhat disappointing and the man in charge is as far from service minded as you possibly can come, overall staff feels tired and is not engaged whatsoever.

dissappointment

No manager around the whole time we were there to complain to. Cockroaches. Pigeons on balcony waking us up early. Bed hard as rocks. Had to sleep on couch. Noisy. Kitchenette very very smelly. No air conditioning. Once, had to get toilet paper from front desk. I would like a rebate. Thank you. Bernice scullion

I paid for a room for 3 people but we had a room for 2 people. In addition, the studio was on the 1st floor above a lounge bar and a very very noisy street. it was impossible to sleep. I asked the receptionist to change and he kept telling me that the hotel is complete. How can it happen when I paid my hotel in May 2015 for August 2015 and that finally gave me a room with fewer beds and very noisy (and most shocking is that the receptionist told me that he knows it is impossible to sleep in this room). I forgot to mention that 3 people were me, my wife and my child ... I had to fight several times they find us a solution. After a sleepless night we changed our room the next day. It was better but the damage was done ... I arrived August 15, 2015 the room cost me $ 165.61 that night without sleeping with less bed. Finally, I paid for 12 nights but I have service for 11 nights.

Bra boende, toppenläge men aningen lyhört

Hade turen att få en nyrenoverad lägenhet, toppenfin och helfräsch. Byggnaden är väldigt lyhörd så är det mycket barnskrik hos grannarna blir det lätt högljutt. Är man känslig för ljud är detta inte rätt byggnad.
