The unit was clean for the most part, but there were stains on the carpet and the shower floor did not seem that clean. The apartment was small for a one bedroom unit. There was no place to place a suitcase down. It had to be in the main living area. Otherwise, the location was good and the unit was functional.

Location was excellent, trams and buses within an easy walk and you can easily walk across on of the bridges to downtown and use the free trams there. We has a city view apartment and the street noise was very load. They are also constructing a new building on one side so getting to the building is a bit of a challenge. Also. You can't get enough o the parking lot without someone from the staff pressing the button for you, this is a real pain at check out time or if you want to get at your car anytime during the stay.

This property is in an excellent location and has excellent amenities for seashore stay, however, it located on Avery busy noisy street, and traffic is constant all day and night, making for a very noisy sleep!

Reasonable Value Apartment Hotel

Overall comfortable and pretty good value. Major downside is how loud the location is and the glaring construction lights at night from the site next door. Other than the previous, my biggest complaint is that housekeeping didn’t seem to wipe down the table or kitchen surfaces and took the only kitchen cloth without replacing it.

Great place to stay and easy access to South Bank

Good clean and friendly staff, easy check in. Only a few minutes walk to Arts Centre. Breakfast very speedy and price OK . We had 4 adults and arrived in 2 cars so had to pay $45 per car for the night. Finding entry to car park needs better instructions. Over all great place to stay even with the high parking cost.

Great location and very accommodating staff even though they had been booked out over the 2 days I stayed they got me into my room at 12noon instead of 2pm and was able to have late check out too.wauting for the lift was the only issue with the hotel and that was mainly due to one out of 3 broken down

Good stay

All good, apartment is clean and modern. I like the built in soap and shampoo holder in the bathrooms but they were running out on the second day and we asked for them to refill but never did. Pool is too small, not like the picture. We parked our car there but cant use the key card to access the parking level via lift, so need to always go to the receptionist first to give us access. Its a hassle, especially when we checked out, we had to bring our luggage’s down stairs first.
