Loved our stay. I was hesitant staying in a hostel as I was travelling alone with my 2 kids. Very pleasantly surprised by how clean it was, safe and just all around wonderful. The location was perfect and everything is walkable or easily accessible by metro or bus. I would recommend it to anyone. Whether travelling alone or as a family. I’d book it again

wonderful hotel! There is a small elevator for your convenience. The room was extremely spacious and had a small view over the street. It is within walking distance to many sights. The staff is extremely friendly and have the ability to book a flamenco show for you, should you wish to see one. I highly recommend this hotel, and if I am ever back in Madrid will undoubtedly stay here.

Mola Suites offers great apartments that are super conveniently located nearby the heart of Madrid. In just 5 minutes you can find yourself eating and/or drinking around Plaza Mayor, or just a few steps more and you can be around Sol or other major touristy areas. Their apartment are comfortable, fully loaded and great for families even with small children.

Location is amazing. However, the place could be cleaner and the elevators can be upgraded. Employees were very helpful and friendly. I stayed there 5 years ago and I noticed a decline in the upkeep.

Convenient location, good ammenities

Check in was fairly simple. The front desk area was a bit off putting as they also service hostels there, which we were unaware of. The checkin area is also a bit dingy. The location is perfect though for a short stay. Our room was the economy one bedroom. Great large living room and good view from the balcony. The bathroom was functional but small. Good towels. Good kitchen equipment. The bedroom was fine but the bed was really hard, painful hard on the ribs. It was fine for one night. Also the room is very hollow so you can hear a lot of noise, however we didn't hear any noise from the adjacent hostel. I would stay here again for convenience on a stop over, but would maybe stay somewhere else for a longer stay.

The apartment was VERY roomy. We stayed in a two bedroom, two-floor apartment with large living room, dining room and kitchen. There is a washer but no dryer. Drying racks were provided, which, honestly worked better than the European steam dryers we dealt with at other locations in Italy and Spain. Mola was the only facility in the four European cities we visited to provide top sheets for us (what is it with Europeans aversion to top sheets? LOL). They did not provide washcloths (none of them did) so be sure to bring your own. We had to request a fresh set of towels for Day 2. They said we weren't "set up" for towel service but they provided them anyway. Employees at reception were nice and accommodating. They let us store our luggage when we arrived so we could go sightseeing prior to the apartment being ready. They also arranged for airport transportation. I did not know Mola was attached to a hostel. We did not have any issues but I probably would not have stayed there had I known. The bar was like a dungeon and was typically crowded with teenagers. They were having fun and no trouble. There were just a lot of them! Other reviews said it was noisy at night. We stayed in a fifth-floor apartment and it was peaceful. The view from the front windows at night were lovely. The skylights in the bedrooms were a nice touch though the slanted ceilings could be a little claustrophobic.

The suites on upper floors were great. Spacious, clean, balcony views, superb kitchen facilities. Good air con, good location in heart of city. Bustling noise at night, but no worse than any other capital city!

Grata sorpresa en el centro de Madrid

Excelente ubicación! A pesar de ser en el centro, no se siente el ruido de la calle porque esta muy bien aislado, apto para un buen descanso. El espacio de los apartamentos suites es muy amplio y completo, con cocina completa (menos horno), muchas sabanas, almohadas y cobijas. Muy bien climatizado, con Madrid a 40 grados junca sentimos calor en la habitación.

Estadia excelente

Muito boa nossa hospedagem, apto com cozinha completa, lava roupa e louças novos. Tudo muito confortável e uma fartura de enxoval com toalhas e roupa de cama de boa qualidade. Nos sentimos muito seguros pois precisava do cartão para usar elevador e acessar porta do andar. Atendimento super esclarecedor no check in. Colchões ótimos e sem problemas serem 2 camas de solteiro juntas. Localização muito perto da praça Del sol e Praça Mayor. Só teve uma noite que algum apt próximo não sei se em cima ou lado que estava muito barulho as 2h da manhã.

Dans l’ensemble l’emplacement est parfait plein centre par contre le personnel est désagréable la réception de l’hôtel sont vraiment désagréable il ne sont du tout pas accueillant, ça ne donne vraiment pas envie de retourner dans cette hôtel
