It was a good clean area, across from a students dorm. Not close to all the tourist attractions of Paris so be prepared for Uber or Taxi. Great starbucks thats next door with lovely staff.

Clean and quiet apartment complex for our family of 4. For our next visit to Paris, I would chose lodging closer to city center since the distance factored greatly into our daily plans. By the 3-4 day, we figured out the metro and got our walking legs accustomed.

Superb room, service, breakfast & views of the Seine. Nothing to do with the property, but be advised: Apple maps cannot locate the address, and worse, it takes you to a wrong, out of the way location. Pro Tip if using Apple Maps: find and go to B&B hotels - Residhome just next to it.

Excellent Stay

Property is new and modern. Excellent choice for families. Not the best part of Paris but the area seemed like coming up. It was more budget friendly so you can use your savings on lodging to Uber around in Paris. One thing I can say is that the breakfast is not worth the money. If you can walk a little, there's this excellent bakery called 'Boulangerie Honorin'. A lot better for breakfast.

The staff was always friendly and helpful. We traveled during the first half of April. At first, our room was hot and stuffy, we could not get any airflow, even with the window and small ceiling vents being open. They gave us a small fan which we stationed near the open window at night and in the morning until we left for the day - this made it more comfortable. The nearest grocery store is a 10-15min walk. It was 9€ per person each day to utilize the bus & metro to get in/out of the city. With Residhome's great prices and nice facility, I felt we saved money and were still able to keep to our lower budget for this Paris trip.

The hotel is clean and employees were neither good or bad. Very little interaction or desire to help. Be prepared to have sponge baths because the water pressure and temperature changes every 2-3 seconds, going from cold to burning hot. We stayed 3 nights. The first night I had the “do not disturb” hanging on the door but the other nights I didn’t and nobody came to clean. Apparently you are supposed to take out your own trash. There is no working AC and when I asked for help I was told the technician was gone for the day. Had to sleep 3 nights with open windows. And if you are not familiar with the area, the hotel is 45 min from the city and about 1 mile from metro station. The kitchenette was nice to have.

This incinerator in Ivry is the largest incinerator in Europe.The hotel's close proximity raises concerns regarding public health. Moreover, there were yellow stains in the corners of the shower cabin, suggesting that it had not been thoroughly cleaned. Although the room includes a kitchenette, it was not adequately equipped for guests who wish to cook. There were rust-like stains on the bathroom towel, which was disappointing. The main positive aspect of our stay was the friendly and helpful attitude of Ms. Myriam at the reception. Additionally, the hotel’s location is convenient, being close to both metro and bus stops.
