DECEPCIONANTE.

Decepcionante. Check-in muito demorado, com formacao de fila. Aguardei aproximadamente 35 minutos na fila. Ar condicionado nao funciona. Porta sabonete quebrado, no chão. Porta do box batendo, correndo o risco de quebrar. Tv com 3 controles remotos, e sem um unico manual de instrucoes. Hotel nao permite garrafas plasticas de agua mineral, um absurdo. Manutencao e aparencia horriveis, desgastados pelo tempo, faltando limpeza e pintura nas paredes e portas. Existem hoteis em joinville mais baratos e mais confortaveis. PRINZ NUNCA MAIS.
